I got the purple one and it's so pretty! Any suggestions on case colours to pair with?
You’re welcome 😎

Just received my 12 Mini. I am very impressed, coming from an iPhone 8. I also bought a Spigen clear case and it shows off the blue beautifully.
The phone is very fast and responsive and the features, form factor and quality are well worth the price to me. For my use case, I find the battery life quite acceptable. During my 14 hour day of use, I still had 55% battery. After a little more that an hour was charging back to 100%. Out of the 5 other iPhones I've had ( OG, 3G, 4, 4S,5S), this ranks as one of the best I've had.
Will this form factor go away? Quite possible. The SE is a price phone with similar attributes that apparently have cut into the mini sales. Depending on need and features, I am usually attracted to a smaller, less expensive purchase, as I am not a power user or are in need of more expensive camera features as I prefer using my DSLR for those purposes. With that said, I found the 12 mini to compromise between the price phone and the more elaborate ones. Each to their own need. I don't always upgrade to the latest and greatest for budget reasons, but I was able to get the great trade in deal from ATT.

I just switched from a silver Pro Max (256gb) to a blue Mini (128gb) today. I got an iPad Pro 2021 (256gb) a couple of weeks ago for watching videos and whatnot. I’ll use my phone for talking and texting. Perfect for me and I already enjoy not having the weight of the 12 Pro Max in my pocket.
Full ack. The advantage of 12mini is not only the optimal size but also the much lower weight than all other iPhones.

I think it can afford to be a little thicker for a bigger battery tbh. It's not exactly a phone for one-handed use anyway, unlike the SE1, which is truly light and the whole screen is easily reachable with the thumb with one hand.

I was planning on going to a 13 of some sort as an upgrade from my 12 mini, but I grabbed a Z Flip3 instead. Really happy with it!

Might go 13 Pro, but otherwise I’ll stick with my 12 mini. Don’t see a reason to go from one mini to the new mini.
Battery bump and much improved camera system. Having the same camera system as the 12 Pro Max in the body of the mini is very impressive. I just got my 13 Mini (coming from tge 12 Pro) and wow. It feels SO GOOD in the hand.

Really hoping Apple doesn't discontinue this joyous little device.

Already did yesterday, Sept 24th @ Apple Store
12 mini ->13 mini
Nice! Doing the same. I was totally going to ignore the phones this year until I heard about the better battery and and screen brightness (the two things I really wanted an improvement on). Can't wait to pick mine up.

I’m also thinking about going from the 12P to the 13 mini. How are you liking it? How’s battery life?
