So you have a deep understanding of the costs involved in these services? Sounds like a speculation based opinion or judgement. So you have a deep understanding of the costs involved in these services? Sounds like a speculation based opinion or judgement. It IS possible that in order to maintain the same profit as last year they needed to raise the prices that amount. We have NO idea what is going on behind the scenes and what cost increases Apple is having to adjust for. It is of course possible they just are trying to see just how high they can go until losing subscribers. I for one have just adjusted down on my services.
LOL!! You obviously haven't watched any of the others, then! Here's a few clearly trash shows:Except for Severance, the rest is trash.
$50 + $5 = $60 ? 🤔This is what they want you to say. So each incremental increase doesn’t bother you, until you’re thinking “hey I was fine with $50 a month, what’s another $5 for $60!”
Ahhh yes, my favorite argument. "Everyone else is doing it so it must be okay."Upset? As if nothing else has gone up in price outside the Apple ecosystem...
IDK man, some of their other TV shows are phenomenal, such as Severance and Silo.Let's see here, we've got Apple Arcade, the games service for people who are overwhelmed by actual games, Apple News, where more space is taken up on screen by advertising than actual news, and Apple TV+, the streaming channel that brings you Ted Lasso, Ted Lasso, Charlie Brown, Ted Lasso, Ted Lasso, and oh yeah, like 70 other TV shows that no one talks about.
These are the best services they've ever created with an Apple logo on them, hands down.
Strange… i’m not seeing ads now either, on any article that i tried. But i have definitely seen those big picture ads in the past.I just clicked on the same article in Apple News. No ads for me either
How is reporting facts equitable to being "the most anti-establishment post MacRumors has ever made"?I think this might be the most anti-establishment post Macrumors has ever made ✊
I bet a lot of people don't keep up with the latest tech nerd news much less keep up with their subs.Wish we could vote with our wallets but I highly doubt Apple will lose 30% of their subscribers
T-Mobile will (once again) pass the cost onto you. You are already paying the retail price right now. It won't happen right away but, T-Mobile will find a way.My AppleTV+ is included with my T-Mobile account. This won't change, right?
