you guys have to consider that background music playback over the speakers takes a lot of battery. especially when browsing on safari. The most battery drain goes with the display brigthness. Try to use it always on 30 - 40 %. its enough in my opinion. if you use Cellular data and you got really bad signal, is it the worst case for the battery!

I'm getting about 10.5-11 hours of battery life on my 6s Plus.

Mostly music, videos on youtube, general safari browsing, texting. Not really playing many games...maybe for a couple minutes a day I'll play a game. Nothing heavy. I like the battery life.

I'm getting slightly less than my 6plus after using it for a few days. Where my 6plus would give me about 10 hours usage, the 6s plus gives me about 9. Regular usage. Some music over BT, Safari browsing, Tapatalk here and there, a lot of texting, etc

my battery life with 4G left on all the time certainly isn't as good as with it off when on wifi.

that said it's still great...12 hours usage and 26 hours standby..will post numbers right before it dies

I'm getting great battery life so far. Much better than my iPhone 5 at least, which would conk out at 1PM

Here's what I got yesterday and this is similar to the day before as well:

Here's my battery about to charge with 4G on all the time even with wifi on..still great results

Pretty poor battery life out of my 6s, I have to charge it by the end of the work day otherwise it will be dead in the early evening.

That's about what I'm getting. 15-18 hours of standby with 10.5-12 hours of usage. Oddly enough battery life has actually been increasing lately the past few days. At first I was getting about 9-10 hours of usage with 14-15 hours of standby, so it seems to be going up. This may have to do with me putting iOS 9.1 on it, but still. No complaints here at all. Also, this is with pretty heavy usage and I actively have to TRY and kill the battery by the time I go to bed. I've only been able to do it once so far. Love this phone.

I'm not sure if it's just a fluke, but my 6S battery has been killing it. Better then the last few phones I've had, despite having half the battery capacity.

I have had similar battery life to yours on my 6s+. I think its better now because its a brand new battery , I felt my iphone 6 battery was getting worse over the last few months.

Then you haven't calibrated your battery correctly and/or you're in a cell tower area where your phone is hopping constantly between two towers searching (battery KILLER) - or you're trying to stream movies all day. Try giving us more info.. Your usage patterns.. How your 6S compares to other phones you've had. Have you calibrated the battery yet? (let it run all the way to 0% so the phone turns off.. and then recharge it fully without using it and allowing it to stay on charger 2 hours past it reaching 100%).. That's something we all should do twice after unboxing a new phone - then once a month after that.

I'm consistently getting this kind of battery life on my 6s Plus which is about 3 hours less than my 6 Plus configured and used similarly. I restored from a backup, so I may try setting up as new, though I dread it.

Always, always, always SET UP AS NEW. If you were jailbroken while making that backup - leftover files from a jailbreak are backed up alongside legit Apple stuff in a backup. Plenty of other corrupt stuff too can be in there even if never jailbroken. SET UP AS NEW - for SURE!.

Here is mine at 20%. And it asked me if I wanted low power mode on. So I turned it on. But I'll probably end up turning the LP off.

That is similar to mine. I setup as new. I wouldnt waste your time. 6S+

I feel that the difference this time around is that the LTE radio drains so much more than wifi. I mean more than usual

Is it me or iOS 9.1 beta killed my battery life. I am have had my 6s+ for two days. Woke up at 7am and battery drained down to 15% remains by around 3pm. Lightly use to check emails and maybe 30 minutes FB.

Can I just use iTunes and restore to factory and back to official iOS version?
BTW, I set up the phone as new phone.

Ended my day like this, should I be alarmed I kinda am paranoid my device has a battery issue, I always feel like the battery is getting warm

Your stats look fine to me. Are you sure it's the battery getting warm and not the CPU? Heat will be transferred by the metal casing and don't forget that these are powerful devices, heat is inevitable.
For a 6S+ this looks fine?
The battery is to the left of the apple logo correct?
When I put in on the charger within 5 minuites I feel it getting warm.

It will get hot whilst charging, obviously.
Depending on usage patterns you could get anything from 5 hours to 18 hours with a 6S+.
Heavy games playing = quick battery depletion.
Heavy music playing with screen off = slow depletion.
