moderator.. please close this thread...apparently OP wants to start a fight.

would be convenient to close all threads about bent phones, um?
maybe it's the time to read my original post, which was a factual description of the issue I encountered. Since writing that post, I have been accused of lying, of having some anal problems, of wrong doing....

where do you see me starting a fight exactly

I stand by the substance of my post, yes. I got one word wrong. I officially retract the word "just." Beyond that? It's all accurate.

^^^ Pretty much this ^^^

No monkey, you said I literally said there were two kind of iPhone 6+ owners, and again where did I literally said that?
The substance of your post created a context that was quite opposite to my original post, and many people agreed.

Now should we close every post where you are proven wrong?

I am now going to bend test all of my belongings on a daily basis. I cannot believe I have not done this before. This thread has changed my life for the better.

OP you're so defensive. Nearly every post reply from you is jumping on the people who posted in your thread. Why start a thread if you expect everyone to patronize you?

Oh, I'm sure I'm the next one you'll attack.

Come on people! This is clearly troll bate.

Antagonize him with an off topic post then preemptively mention that you'll be the next one he attacks when he quotes your post.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! Lol :D

Now that you have been called out misrepresenting people you want the thread closed.

There won't be any "silent" changes to the 6/6+ design because it would quite possibly be the loudest "silent" event that's ever occurred. Apple's devices are under incredibly detailed scrutiny at all times and any internal changes would be detected immediately by people like iFixit, resulting in a huge media storm that would make the initial "Bendgate" stuff microscopic by comparison.

And would that then be an admission by Apple that there was a design fault, opening the floodgates for claims?

I decided to try the OP's test and laid my 6 Plus face down on 6 different table tops. When face down on 4 of the tables, no wobble. On 2 of the tables there was a wobble. Which just goes to show you, table tops are not a very good way to tell if your phone has a slight bent. In fact, when I moved the phone to different spots on those two tables, the wobble would disappear or reappear depending on location on the table. The tables looked flat to my eye, but in most cases, tables are indeed not completely flat.

How about remembering that this phone is NOT like previous iPhones and shouldn't be kept in your pockets at all due to the sheer size!?!?! YOUR fault, just so you know. Good day sir.

HAHA..I hope you're being facetious..if not you get the award...

FOOL POST OF DAY AWARD!!

..the voice of reason

Yes I do. People clearly feel the need to create yet ANOTHER bend thread. They need to have pictures or a video starring them showing the issue. This IS the internet after all or do you believe everything you read on the web? I could tell you I'm the president of the united states for all you know.

You said "it just keeps happening with no pictures of proof", meaning there is a large majority of people reporting this without proof (pictures).

The majority of threads here have pictures. Meaning it does not keep happening with no pictures of proof.

I have the exact same problem with my 6+, I noticed the wobble after about a week. I test mine on a flat piece of glass so that I know it is completly flat unlike a table. Still deciding if I should take it to Apple or wait and see if it gets any worse.

Actually you're only half right. 99% of the time (including this thread) the OP starts a Bend thread. I open it up to see what's up and of course NO PICTURES to support their claim/rant. It isn't until after multiple people start demanding pictures or they will call the thread BS that the OP produces one. Really gives the impression that the picture he/she finally conjured up wasn't theirs. Take that any way you want it.
But I love how you're defending people when you don't know the real truth anymore than I do.

I didn't misrepresent him at all. His objection is bogus.

Can you post his quote next to your alleged quotes? From what I have read so far you did misrepresent what he said.

To me saying all iPhones will get bend and only time will tell if more iPhones get bend are not even close to the same. It's not really an opinion either. It's fact. You should google how little changes in language can make big differences. And vs or. If vs only if vs if and only if, and so on.

If the quotes he provided are real, then you 100% misrepresented him just like his phone is bent.

If he lied, then please provide the real quotes.

To save Unemployed Monkey the trouble, I'll call you a liar and suggest you be sued for defamation or for hurting his feelings.

What did you expect? You bought a phone with bend gate. Put a rigid case on and or try to bend it back and hope it doesn't get worse.

I don't understand why the people that think there are no bending problems, jump into the threads about bent iPhones, just to argue. If you don't think there's a problem, skip those threads. What do you have to gain by arguing or trying to prove the OPs "wrong"? I can almost understand a bunch of kids doing this, but in one thread, Surf Monkey stated he was 50. Must not have anything better to do.

I'm not defending the OP's claim here. Matter of fact in post 144 I very clearly state that, verbatim.

What is your agenda? How much is Apple paying you?
