You're better off waiting a month to see if Apple resolves the quality control issues, i.e. major light bleed.

Agree with this, I ordered mine from apple this week, not minding the long delivery wait in hope that they will fix QC

Apple usually does a much better job with new product launches.

If they repeat this debacle with the next iPhone launch, it's going to piss off an awful lot off people.

Word from Engadget is that Toys R Us will have them for sale in the next few days - see it really is a "toy" after all 😀
