Still feeling the repercussions from the snow - haven't seen USPS or UPS here with my packages and it is driving me crazy! Packages that should have been here last week are still floating who knows where!

You guys that hate snow should come live in Sydney during the Summer months...we've been having sticky, 30-40ºC heat for the past month or so now. You'll beg for your snow back. :p

I love snow. It makes snowboarding much more enjoyable.

I'm a little tired of it this season though. Fairfax County is definitely not prepared for this kind of accumulation and I've been parallel parking in between snow piles since the storm. Growing up in Wisconsin, we had designated sides of the street to park on on certain days so the plows could come through. No such thing here. The only relief we got from the big one in December was the rain that came and melted it all away.

Our kids are still out from school. No way the buses can get through the neighborhoods and all the bus stops are where the plows piled the snow. My kids will be going to school in July.

I live 20 miles West of Washington D.C. I hate snow. That is all.

But it's so pretty!:p I grew up in DC suburbs, and have lived in Minnesota for the last 25 years so I'm used to it now. Of course it helps if you live in a community that gets snow and is prepared to remove it. I remember as a wee kid being snowed-in for 4 days in District Hgts in the late 60's. (I've got brothers in Centerville and in Southern Maryland enjoying the recent dumps.)

Yup, i hate it too. Well, it would be nice to have snow for max 1 month around Christmas, but 4 to 5 months of snow and coldness is too much. Yuck. I'm a summer girl!

This is southern Finland few days ago.

Not a big fan of snow anymore, to be honest. Last month I seemed to have lost my car. I was sure I parked it right outside my house but halfway through I discovered I was shoveling snow from my neighbours car. bummer.

After 2,5 Month, which is about 2 months more than usual here in germany, I really would like to go outside without the fear of falling. Most times I look a dog with socks on a freshly waxed hardwood floor - absolutely ridiculous.

This is the beginning of winter, where you still thought - oh how nice, a real winter again. grrr
