Anybody actually seen the thing live? I went today to the Apple flagship store on 5th Avenue to have a look - and they didn't have one on display. If I have time I'll check the GC store later today on way home but probably they wont have it then either...

Not quite everyone...Mine says "updated" to the 27th, but I guess that is because it needs to make the extra hop to Canada. Even though I live closer to Shanghai than most of you 😀 Probably should have upgraded the shipping, but oh well.

Yup, I'm Wednesday too. My delivery time is "by 10:30 AM", and I'm on the East Coast so if they keep to that timeline then I should be in good shape!

Entry level model which means I can give you guys a nice review of its performance; extrapolate for higher specification machines.

I got the Vesa mount too, because I'm already using a two-monitor arm. I did hesitate for the iMac, because who knows what my setup will be a few years down the line. But then I went with Vesa because the stand doesn't allow for vertical adjustment, and that just sucks.
