Should I expect the new iMac to materialize itself on my desk in the next hours?

Oh my giddy aunt! Got a ups tracking number now and it reckons my imac will be with me by the end of the day!

All this time I thought it was miles away and it is 15 miles down the blummin road!

Well I've woken up and it's at the local depot with today's date as the delivery date # # # # #

excellent news, i was going to offer getting yours delivered to my house in wales and you could pick it up tomorrow

I'm in the same boat, although I've not been notified of it being out for delivery so... - race to see who gets their iMac first!

Mine arrived at Donnington at 3:51, left it at 5:40 and arrived at Tamworth with arrival and destination scans at 5:41.

It doesn't say out for delivery yet though which is a bit of a concern unless they have an afternoon run?

Mine arrived Donnington at 2.19 and left at 4.01. Since then nothing, does say delivery by end of day but has said that a few times Just want to see loaded on van and out for delivery.

Mine has just gone arrival 7.01 and destination scan 7.06am in Cardiff but like you, not saying out for delivery I really need to take my dogs out but I know the moment I am around the corner the man in his brown van will appear

Yeah I really want to see loaded on van... I've tried calling Tamworth (delivery depot) a load of times and it just rings and rings and rings

Actually the thing that concerns me is everytime I've had something delivered its said out for delivery really early... I'm hoping they come and pick more parcels up in the afternoon or its going to be tomorrow (or Monday for me)

I've ordered on November 4th an i7 iMac (32 GO Crucial, 295x, 3TB FD), shipped the 21, delivery scheduled for tomorrow (Paris, France).

But...

No update since the 25 where it missed the plane but was released by custom. Now what ? Where's the machine ? Lost in the airport ? Or UPS just forget to update the "shipment progress" page ?

One month without a machine to work : this is the last time I sell a computer before buying a new one. My bad.

Yeah I know very strange delays!! I spoke to UPS CSR if it is in Destination scan before 12pm it is out for delivery today I said that it is not showing out for delivery can I pick it up? She told me that if I miss the delivery to phone them, CS, before 6pm and they will hold it for pick up. The depot is only about 5 miles from me. Think the depots shut about 8. So that might help you as well?

So gonna wait patiently and start gtting things ready to transfer

Probably too much to hope that mine simply hasn't updated since being in Shanghai on the 25th but it's still going to make it's delivery slot today, but I'd be very happy to be proven wrong.

I just called UPS which didn't help much and then Apple. They've launched an investigation and for now the iMac seems to be lost.

They've proposed to refund 100 euros in my account. And I am now waiting them to call me in the next 48h.
