Well spotted! There was a destination scan at 5:41 which has turned into 'out for delivery' since it was delivered.

I just called UPS which didn't help much and then Apple. They've launched an investigation and for now the iMac seems to be lost.

They've proposed to refund 100 euros in my account. And I am now waiting them to call me in the next 48h.

Upsetting. I guess that means mine's 'lost' too, as my tracking is near identical to yours.

Did you have any further updates at all after the 6:50pm 'could not be loaded' message from the 25th (did you get that one?)?

In the 'delays' thread, I've been listing the people who have had no updates (and no iMac) since that 6:50pm update.

Not a chance of that..

A good chance of the Airport freight handlers diverting a pallet from the plane though.

I doubt that... Serial numbers show up in support profile when dispatched so would cause them a nightmare in that respect?

I'd say its an issue with either the courier or Chinese customs... mine was stuck in China for what felt like forever... the day after it moved out of there it was delivered though.

I'd be very surprised if you didn't get it today... I'd just walk them up and down the drive till it turns up, the neighbours may think you've lost the plot but its a small price to pay (I hope)

Mine left Tamworth at 3.39am, arrived in Derby (15 miles up the road from me) at 4.45am and is apparently out for delivery.

I had a knock on the door and I went to open it thinking 'keep calm, look cool etc etc' but it turned out to be the Quirky Spacebar usb shelf thingy so it's back to looking out of the Windows every time something drives past.

I'll post a pic of my new rig etc. I've got out all the boxes of bits and bobs I've bought over the last 5 weeks ready and waiting. The only thing that hasn't arrived it my thunderbolt WD drive but I've copied all of my data to a nas drive ready for when it does turn up.

My bf's sister is a driver for UPS and she has been moaning that they are really busy at the mo and some days she ends up with 40 items still on the van when she returns to the Tamworth depot.

I've just called my bf and told him to tell his sister to get on the ups radio thingymebob and make sure mine gets delivered or she isn't invited round at xmas.

I'm interested in how it can be increased? Only to the level of the standard iMac 27 or more? It's little question, but important for me. Thanks.

I have it all set up now, wasn't so easy because it's a bit heavy for my Ergotron.
But I'll wait some more, because the iMac was icecold when I got it.
I waited so long, I don't want condensation to wreck it now.

To be honest the majority of people on this thread either haven't received their new imacs yet or have only just got them. Your best bet is to create a new thread in the imac forum and someone will be able to tell you

It would be nice if she could but unfortunately the drivers have no control over what they do and when. They have a load of stuff rammed in their vans and are told to deliver as many as they can before 7pm.
