To be honest... he shouldn't need to come here to voice his problems because there shouldn't be any problems with the phone to begin with. Now before everyone flips out I realize that every company has problems with whatever they make from time to time, but these are problems that should have been found during the testing periods. Also, as much I love SJ and what he's done for Apple he kinda put his balls in a vice by making a concrete release date when he did. If he had said "We will be releasing around mid July" he could have had more time to test and say that they found bugs and do not want to release a buggy product to the consumer and we all would have understood, but he HAD to have the phone out by the 11th. The battery life, while most people don't know how to manage it, needs to be better either way. You can't get 18-20 hours of life out of any phone, it's just unacceptable. I also agree with him that the earpiece volume is wayyyyyy too low. They need to increase that as well; I have my phone nearly crushing my ear trying to hear if I'm in a place that has even a little background noise. The laggy touch response is also an issue for me as well. I know that most of these are software fixes and will be fixed soon, but my point is that they shouldn't have to release an OS update so quickly in the first place. These problems shouldn't exist in such a product.
