Does this work with the leather case from Apple?

I want to purchase the iCarez 3D from Amazon, but with shipping to UK, it'll be around £20 total. So I want to make sure everything fits.

I have this screen protector on my Max and use both the leather and silicone cases and haven't a problem with either of them.

OK I just noticed one teeny tiny spec of something under the glass only noticeable when the sun hits it just so. Otherwise a perfect install. Please tell me to get over my OCD and leave it alone.

thank for all of the comments. i went ahead and bought the 2.5D version of the Icarez 0.33m protector as i wanted to be certain that i didn't have lift issues as i continue to figure out what i will use as my case(s) for my XS.

my first protector appeared defective (i've sent icarez a note)...it didn't adhere well and i tried to persist and see if some remaining bubbles would disappear in a day, but they never did. (i am a very experienced protector installer -- done dozens for friends and family -- so i was surprised to have bubble issues with these protectors). moreover, the bottom right edge just didn't want to stay down so i'm guessing it was defective and hope icarez will send me another.

the second protector seems to adhere well, and i have a few bubbles remaining...not as bad as the first installed one, but my fingers/thumbs are raw drying to rub them out. i'm down to 3 right now...i am hoping they may disappear on their own, but i'm have some doubts since not all of them did for my first protector.

what experiences do u guys have with bubbles and the icarez (these aren't dust spots, but small bubbles that are about 1-2mm in size). i usually can rub any of them out (Maxboost, Otterbox, Spigen, etc.) immediately.

one thing i did notice (not sure i'm happy or not about this) is with my current favorite case (Caudabe Sheath), the difference in going from the 0.25mm Maxboost to the 0.33 icarez 2.5D is very noticeable. i still have a lip for face down protection, but its notably less. i'm probably now down to ~0.5mm between the lip and the protector. that's a little worrisome (i wasn't concerned at all, surprisingly, with the 0.25mm protector).

I have the iCarez 3D on my Xs Max and one tip I can provide is to let it sit for a couple of days, and check every 24 hours. I only massaged the bubbles that easily disappeared.

For the bubbles that kept coming back, I let it sit in the Apple Box for 24 hours, and all disappeared.

Although results may vary, you can try that.

thanks @6thDAY. 24 hours later, i'm down to one tiny bubble which is pretty small. don't think it's a dust speck, but time will tell. but i'm glad that the other two are now gone and that this last one is dramatically diminished. i have to look carefully to find it.

Afterwards reading this thread-

The "new" 2.5D and 3D protectors for the XS and they do not include some sort of adhesive with it? How does the protector attach to the phone? I haven't bothered with a protector for my iphones for years but the it seems necessary for the XS.

I'm skeptical with adhesives on the phone and alcohol pads as well. I can clean the screen with something else that I also use on my laptop's screen.

edit:

I contacted iCarez and they said:

The full coverage version installation is easier than 3D.

3D is out of stock.

Not sure if they are revising the 3D or actually out of stock. We will see.
