Because this is a discussion forum and i am providing you with an opinion that is different of your own. I'm simply pointing out how you come across and that is difficult to say the least. And that's not advocating for anybody else either. That's simply reminding you to watch your tone. Seems overdue.

try to put yourself in my place for a while

We have all been in the role of a customer at one stage in our lives. Still it did not result in me receiving reports about the inner procedural workings of the customer care org in question at that moment. Take two steps back, focus only on the resolution. I couldn't care less about SLAs and that kind of stuff. I really hope you get this resolved and in a civil manner I hope.

In my opinion Apple SLA should not be hidden from customers, and talking or asking about Apple Customer SLA is not a non civilized act or crime. You mean to say SLA is something internal, it can be internal in case Apple Human Resources provide services to their employees. But, in case of customers such as mine the SLA is between me and Apple. SLA should keep in account my interests and satisfaction. It is very simple.

I respect your opinion, but your opinion seems to clash with my right.

If you research a bit more in the customer care industry you will find it common to not state the SLA. That's not special to Apple. Sure, if you enter in a legal service contract with another party you will know your SLA too. That's not given here, so it is extremely unlikely that anyone would provide this information to you. Simple as that.

Do you mean to say Apple don't have any thing like SLA? or their SLA is something we can say dummy.

Cult of Mac reports today that a serial phone thief who stole more than 100 phones at Coachella over the weekend has been traced via “Find My iPhone,” with police being able to arrest the man and return many of the stolen phones to their owners thanks to the iOS feature.

According to an Indio police department report, via the Los Angeles Times, Coachella attendees who’s iPhones had been stolen activated “Find My iPhone” and then followed New Yorker Reinaldo De Jesus Henao around the festival site until he was finally seized by festival security. Henao was found to have over 100 stolen phones, both Android and Apple, in his backpack when he was eventually arrested by police officers. Henao was arrested on suspicion of grand theft and possession of stolen property by the Indio Police Department.

Many of the stolen phones have now been returned to their rightful owners, and unclaimed phones can be collected at the Lost and Found.

Find My iPhone:
Find My iPhone is the anti-theft software made by Apple. It’s a free app that can be downloaded here. Anyone who has an iPhone (or iPad, iPod touch, or Mac; Find My iPhone works on all of them) should download this app right away. With it if your device is ever lost or stolen you can see its location on a map, lock the device remotely, and even choose to wipe it remotely.

With iOS 7 Apple has strengthened the iPhone’s anti-theft software called Find My iPhone. Before iOS 7 the thief could erase your iPhone or turn of the software tracking features at his will, but now Apple requires the iPhone owner’s registered Apple ID and password to be entered before Find My iPhone can be disabled.

[doublepost=1492510865][/doublepost]Can any one comments on below highlighted text, does that means device need not to be connected to WiFi and powering on it is enough to activate its Lost Mode:

What Happens When a Lost iPhone is Turned Off?
If a thief turns off your iPhone, it's going to be off the grid until the power is turned back on. Similarly, it can't update its location when there is no cellular or Wi-Fi connection available.

In the Find My iPhone app, when an iPhone can't be reached, it's listed as offline. For 24 hours, the last known location is available. After that, no information about its location is shared. While a lost iPhone is turned off, it cannot respond to Find My iPhone requests to put it in Lost Mode or wipe it, but as soon as it is powered back on, Lost Mode will be activated.

Apple support has not justified during last 18 days how iPhone in lost mode was disappeared from Find Phone list. It is time to raise a complain to Apple for Support taking so long for the reported case. Appreciate, if anyone case tell how to complain against Apple support.

Thanks

I told you that Apple support was busy and it could be weeks or months or never.

You can "raise a complain" to Apple all you want and it will not get the engineer to prioritize you case.

Sure, because complaining about Apple support not replying back to you soon will bring your lost phone back...

It is not in my priority to get back lost iPhone, instead my concern is about the Apple iCloud security that how and why was breached in my case.

Just another computer generated canned message you will get evertime you email them. Hope you are not so gullible that you think someone typed this just for you.

just mention any company, where message are typed for each submitted feedback by the assigned staff?

Or maybe he just want to show he has sent a feedback based on his case in a hope that future iCloud service could be better against his situation.

I have registered apple case and submitted feedback as advised by Apple Technical support on phone call and in email as well. I have just removed names but case id is there:

so people be positive and consider this as a serious case of Apple iCloud security breach.

Thanks

I am sorry my wording was very clear. If you think you are entitled to an SLA, then just refer to the agreement you seemed to have signed with them. Don't be shy , please enlighten me. There is either a signed contract/agreement that you have a copy of or there is nothing on file.
