iCloud.com Website Updated, No Longer in "Beta"

Lion Update?

When I try to log into calendar on iCloud it tells me to go to system preferences to set it up but when I do its not recognizing my password. Is this because they are working on stuff or do I need to wait for the Lion update before I can integrate iCloud?

Find My Friend app Question

I have been using the GM versions since they were released last week.
Lion 10.7.2
iOS5
iTunes 10.5
iCloud


and have not been able to use or find the "Find My Friends" app that they talked about during the keynote. Has anyone else with the GM's been able to do this?

yes, there will be an update sometime today (10.7.2) that will allow you to sync to iCloud on your Mac. iOS 5 will then allow iCloud syncing from iOS devices. Until then, it is as it is. Patience, padawan.
 
Anyone notice the change of reflection and glare when you move your mouse around the metal iCloud log in "tag". Kind of a cool little detail.

Was cooler with the MobileMe icon. Particles would come off of the cloud and respond to your mouse movement. the coolest part was the particles would then act upon the iDevices behind the cloud.

I am not on iOS 5, though I do have Lion on my Mac at home. I'm at work now, and went to icloud.com from my office PC, used my itunes login, and got access. Only Find my iPhone is "lit up", and I get the little notice at the top, but it works.

ya same for me but apparently find my phone doesnt find your phone untill your on iOS 5
 
iCloud Server Connection Error

I keep getting "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server" when I try to login to iCloud from IE on WindowsXP.

I was able to do the move to iCloud though. And it pushed a notification to my iPhone4 running iOS5 GM. I also am apparently getting "iCloud mail" to my iPhone4 from my @mac.com and @me.com email addresses. I'm just not able to login to iCloud in the web browser currently.

Anyone else?
 
Hi, like everyone else, I can logon via the iCloud page but I'm told I need IOS5 or go to 'settings' on Lion. I have no updates available on Lion (MacBook Pro) so obviously settings does not yet include any iCloud content.. and iTunes says I have the current version still - IOS 4.3.5.

So until something changes, there's no iCloud in the UK yet!

I have iTunes 10.5, bit gutted only apps and books available from the 'purchased' feature.
