Hi, so, iCloud works on my mom's iPod touch & iPad, but not on my mom's Ventura iMac;

("K" is my mom,)

here's what i Told Feedback:
- I am trying to log into icloud.com using Safari iPad app, the message: "You Turned Off iCloud Data Web Access To access data on iCloud.com, you will need to turn on web access in iCloud settings on your device. Send a notification to your Apple devices that will take you directly to iCloud settings."

- I go to Settings on iPad, & try to turn on web access, but just receive the error message "Something went wrong. Try again."

- trying again repeats the same error message.
- message should explain what went wrong, so it can be reported.

- using my iMac, I go to macOS’ Settings,
- click to turn on "Allow Web Access”,
- enter my Apple ID password,
Settings app returns the error:
“ The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.extensionKit.errorDomain error 15.) “

I sent a message from icloud.com on iMac to my iPad:
“ Good morning, K..
Check the Notification on Your iPhone or iPad The notification was sent to devices running iOS 16.2, or iPadOS 16.2, or later.
Use it to go to iCloud settings and turn on “Access iCloud Data on the Web”.
Did not get the notification?
Send New Notification
You can also turn on “Access iCloud Data on the Web” on a Mac running Ventura 13.1 or later.
Go to System Settings >K. > iCloud.”
- sent Notification from iMac to iPad,
but again, iPad says “"Something went wrong. Try again."
