Fake.

The icons don't even line up with the screen edge correctly. It looks like they used their iPhone 5 in camera mode to look a picture of a hypothetical iOS7 and then took a photo of their iPhone 5, maybe even with an older iPhone.

Fake. 100% fake. And baddly faked at that.

Here is the real deal... Not blurry or overlaid this time!

I don't think anyone is disputing the fact that someone clearly took a photo of a device running iOS 7 and then someone took a photo of that while displaying said photo on the screen. Real or not, your statements don't prove it one way or another.

Why is everyone always so obsessed with Apple's design choices instead of the functionality that gets added - taken away. I'm much interested in that than how my icons look.

I'd rather see some more options to turn certain things on or off, a more professional mail app, reliable push mail, smaller font sizes (at least as an option), a better camera app, an easy option to enter a different outgoing email address instead of the silly icloud address, etc

Why in the world would you want smaller fonts on a phone?

so... let me understand... we have a picture of someone's phone, showing a picture of someone's phone???

And macrumors thought this was newsworthy????

A picture of someones phone possibly running ios7 is newsworthy, yes.

Could be a jailbroken theme... EASILY.

It isn't! It's actually a photoshopped home screen and I am just viewing the image on my iPhone in full screen.

I just wanted to point out that whoever created the "leaked" image is an idiot for printing it and overlaying it as opposed to doing what I did in my images. LOL

I'm so glad Apple is putting their major focus on the looks of icons. Because if there is one big glaring issue with iOS it is the look of the icons. I mean, they shouldn't waste time on notification center or interapp operability. Let's make the grid of icons look better.

I can't believe there's anyone out there that thinks the people that create the icons are the same ones who work on notification center and interapp operability. Or that one blurry screenshot somehow demonstrates that they haven't worked on anything else. Wow.

"flat" design marketing bs

"Marketing" is the press a company puts out. So far, all the talk has been rumors, there hasn't been a single word said about "flat" from apple much less "marketing".

Apple's biggest criticism with iOS is that its monotonous and stale.

Except that it's not.

Wow! Well done, Sherlock - you sure stuck it to em'! Bah! Fakers eh! :p

We'd never have worked it out without your invaluable skills, so thank you!

Hehe :D
