I had the similiar notion that it was a picture taken from another phone. also the reason that the angles are off is because the person is swiping to the right.

it's amazing how we rarely see clear photos when they are 'leaked.' All you have to do is press the home button and sleep/power button to get a screenshot. Can't that be uploaded?

... or is there some obscure unwritten law of leaking super blurry images? 😉

Well most of the testing will be done on the iPhone 5 but I'm sure they'll do some on older devices to see if it plays nice with them.

Interesting if this screenshot is real. Seems to contradict the black and white rumour that was going around.

The top of the icons is a giant gap and you can sorta see the real status icons on top, then there's the black background status icons above...

Why does the screen not align with the frame of the phone?

Could be a new app switcher in which you swipe to access different screens/apps, and this shot is of such a switch to another screen in progress.

Either this image is fake or very true as the person taking the picture was risking a lot to capture the image very quickly...

The screen doesn't even fit properly inside the frame (for example only half of the upper left icons actually shows), as far as I can tell no amount of blur would ever do that.

that just means the halo theme is a copy of iOS look, because that picture is almost exactly the same as the current iOS. well ... with a lot of noise added on top of it.
