I tried copying over my Windows iTunes library, and opening the .itl library file with the "Choose Library..." feature when option-clicking the Music.app, but it doesn't accept it as a valid library. Has anyone figured out how to import a Windows Library into Music?

The easiest is to use Windows Migration Assistant: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204087
