Phone number gives me a pkg that as bEen delivered last month. It was my pkg from a vendor. Order number minus 2 digits gives me a pkg from china. But it's destination is MI,US. So it's not mine
Order number - 2 digits has a 1% chance of being yours. 
Double check that your purchase order number on your order confirmation email (scroll down to additional information, it's on the right) is actually your phone number. If that number doesn't work after changing the shipment range from yesterday to today, presume it hasn't shipped.

For Canadian customers, the phones are being sent by UPS World EASE.
I looked up what that meant and it looks like it is a service that will be a little faster than your typical individual shipment because the phones are shipped as one bulk unit and will clear custom as one. I know custom clearance will be super faster, if not totally bypassing it because we already paid taxes on them

Simplify customs clearance by grouping several shipments destined for one country or the entire European Union into a single shipment. This contractual service is available throughout North America and in select countries in Europe, Central and South America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Each UPS World Ease shipment:

Ups worldwide expres is not next business day _from China_. End of Friday is supposedly guaranteed if its picked up by 12pm Thu Shenzhen time though.
Unless that ominous sounding "downgraded" message means they're not guaranteeing s***.

My order seriously JUST TICKED OVER FOR SHIPMENT! I have waited so long to see that little Preparing For Shipment pop up on my screen. Very excited now!

I would say they will start to change to Shipped during this evening.... not looking like amazing chances for Friday.
Depends where they're shipping from. China - no chance, but a local hub in Austraiya, then there's a huge chance.

I guess we will find out tomorrow where it get's shipped from. Really hoping that they are already in Australia. If shipping is from Sydney, then the Adelaidians may have to wait.
I shall remain optimistic! I would put my money on them definitely shipping from in Australia. For me, I live in a bit of a regional centre, and TNT shipping calculator says that, if they were hypothetically coming from Sydney, it would take me one business day to receive.
And on the "transit time calculator", it appears that collection ceases each day at 5pm *meaning that unless it happened today and we have just not been updated yet.... for me it is Monday. At least we know they will definitely ship by tomorrow, so Monday is definitely the latest.
You don't need to do this, easier way is to print of a micro sim template and cut it down. Works fine
Can you track the one which is sent by TNT on the TNT-Website? For me none of the three Tracking-, Order- and Reference-Numbers worked.
The e-mail I just got from Apple says it's shipped... but apparently I won't get it until the 19th (32GB black 4S shipping to Calgary, Alberta, Canada).
Not the greatest time frame to work with :/ but it seems to be getting out of China pretty quickly - in the past, my orders generally stick around in Shenzen for an absurdly long period of time before getting a departure scan.
