International iPhone 4S Order Status Thread

To France they are coming from the UK:

United Kingdom 13/10/2011 6:45 Order Processed: Ready for UPS
 
I ordered at 9.30 on the 7th, as soon as I could actually get my order through.

The order status is Preparing for Shipment / Dispatched: Ships by October 14th. Do you think I'll see it tomorrow?

Don't be so quick to give up hope. Regardless what Apple says (Oct 27 or whatever) your phone WILL arrive either today or at the latest Monday.

TNT stated clearly it only takes one night to get to any major city in the World. There is a big likelihood if you're in a big city you can still get the phone today even if it only left China yesterday. If you live somewhere else, give it the weekend and it'll arrive 17th worst case scenario.

Well, you were asking me on Whirlpool why I didn't post here, so I responded to that and posted. ;)

I have far more posts on MR than Whirlpool because almost all my tech products are under the Apple ecosystem. Whether or not the forum is Australian doesn't matter much... :p
 
Label Created!

Even though Apples website still says "preparing for shipment" the UPS site is now accepting my Apple Order number and is saying a shipping label has been created. Whoop Whoop it's on its way - well almost!

At last! I have just had my shipment confirmation email. Expected delivery is tomorrow :) No more stress. It change from ships by 14th October so I guess they are already in the UK. I feel sorry for those peolpe who have been outside my Apple store since tuesday!

Yeah, i only just went over there tonight to have a look and was extremely surprised to how many posts there were, and how empty this one is.

If you look at the American Preorder threads here on MR, it's way more scarier than the Whirlpool ones. Also, increasing exponentially faster.

Just not many Aussies on these forums.

Well I'm in Brisbane so I hope you're right!

I would be over the moon if I got it tomorrow and had the weekend to play with it.
 
Still don't have an estimated delivery date, although it left Hong Kong now! Anyone know if UPS is able to get it to Toronto by tomorrow? :)
 
Is there some way to figure out your delivery number even if it's still preparing to ship? I'm in the UK.

They should arrive in Alaska around 5:30 PM EST. Giving them a 1.5 hour turnaround time, they will reach Louisville, KY by 11:30 PM, which gives them until tomorrow morning to make the 1.5 hour flight to Toronto.

In short, yes. It is possible. And my fingers are crossed too ;)

What time did yours leave Hong Kong?
 
Shipped!!

Ok Apple website confirms item has been shipped…. UPS website confirms item has been collected! It's currently in Tamworth UK, scheduled for delivery to me in London tomorrow - and 'on time' hooraaaaay!

Jumping in. According to the tracking mine left today:

Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 10/13/2011 19:26 Departure Scan

I would be extremely impressed if it showed up tomorrow. But my fingers are crossed. :)
 
The iPhones would already have to be in all the major cities, and already in all the telco and Apple stores if they are opening Friday at 8am. They have to count their stock and do all their personal store business. So I'm keeping my hopes up by thinking that our pre-orders are all ready piled up in the TNT depo or a super secret warehouse somewhere, and will start delivery tomorrow. I hope they just had too many people to deal with online and messed up all our statuses. And they are waiting for us. Keep hoping guys, only 6 more hours till 8am and we MIGHT start seeing our phones. Give us an iSurprise Apple, PLEASE!

Just order tracking through the UPS website:
http://www.ups.com/europe/gb/engindex.html

Enter your Apple Order Number under Tracking Number, it won't find it but after searching another option appears under the box, to 'Track by Reference.' Select this option and enter your Apple order number again. If UPS has you on their system yet your delivery information plus the UPS tracking number will be displayed.

My phone is on the same flight as yours. Before the HK departure scan, there was a moment when UPS tracking showed the delivery day to be Oct 14th by 12pm. So we will be getting it tomorrow Friday :)
