International iPhone 4S Order Status Thread

Ive purchased A LOT on there... several computers, iPods, etc.. and I got a free case. It was some incase clear ugly case so I asked if I could switch to a bumper case, and she was happy to switch the case for me. I got a tracking number laster that day saying my case has shipped and will receive it on tuesday :)

not as good as $100 gift card, but still good... better than nothing..
 
i am from toronto, canada and i order a iphone 4s white 16gb on oct 7 10:30am EST. And it is still "Processing Item". Anyone in the same situation as me?

Still processing, 64GB white.
Available 1-2 weeks.
Delivers 24 Oct - 31 Oct.

I expect that's when we'll see 'em. Doubting it being any earlier.

Just posted this in another thread, but since there's more discussion here about talking to Apple Store reps...


Just talked to Apple Store about my order that they didn't ship in time to make the delivery commitment they made. As others reported on here, they claimed that the delivery commitment was never made and that it was always a ships by october 14th commitment. That said, she did acknowledge that the site could have been wrong initially because it was "having problems". She didn't offer anything, and since she was nice I didn't press things or demand anything. I guess I don't have the balls for customer service calls like this.
 
It's now 11:35am Saturday 15th October...

FINALLY! Why the **** was it sitting in Hong Kong so long? Was it sight seeing or what?
 
Mine hasn't changed to say it's in Sydney yet, and I would have been among the first to pre-order. Hoping it changes soon. I just sent an email to Tim Cook expressing my confusion and disappointment with the whole operation.

Good to know your current status; it implies those first ANZ shipments from SZ/HK are actually in Sydney now.

Your shipment got updated, probably because TNT needs to transit it to the Melbourne queue.

Anyway we should have that delivered on Monday!!

Hey. I've only had one email from Apple which is when it switched from processing to shipping, and the date was 20 October, but I pre-ordered before 7pm on the 7th and was "ships by 14/10".

I'm hoping for a Monday delivery... will hopefully happen if it moves to Melbourne today or tomorrow. I'm a bit over it now though haha... don't really care when it comes, I'm just happy knowing that it's definitely going to happen (and am glad none of my mates have gotten them before me still!).

It looks like TNT won't update after "Hong Kong Shipment In Transit" until the actually delivery. People in Sydney should have it on Monday!!

My phone is to be delivered to Markham, Ontario between 25th - 1st Novermber... I ordered it on the 8th... How optimistic can I be to receive my shipment before the 25th...? Its still processing though... 64GB black

It really depends on Apple; keep tracking on your order and watch for status change from "Processing" to "Preparing for shipment"
