It’s occurring for me randomly on all apps but it seems to be most prevalent on YouTube weirdly enough, almost always occurs there.

Still doesn't seem to cover Carplay issues. IOS 15 doesn't seem to be working with individual "radio station" apps. Maybe Apple's intent was to force everyone to use Apple music for radio
I doubt there’s something nefarious going on here, but I could always be wrong.
It just seems to be another bug in the increasingly growing list of bugOS 15

“That wasn’t your best attempt at a joke Teflo”
Ah not to worry, I’ll just patch something in later!

What the heck has happened to safari, nowhere near as quick as it use to be. 🤦‍♂️

They improved it a bit during this update, still not the same since beta 7.

Where does apple find these clowns that run their software department. 🤦‍♂️

Where is the QC apple. 🤦‍♂️

We’ve gone from a Rolls Royce (beta 7) to a rust bucket. 🤦‍♂️
Anyones phone keep locking up? Happens alot on Instagram for example. I will be scrolling through pages and it just freezes. I have to exit out of app and relaunch.
Every time I change to a different tab in Safari, the page shows like it’s in low resolution, text is blurry and images flash white before returning to normal after half a second. It was not happening in iOS 15.0 and definitely not in iOS 14.x.

not seeing any of this on my iPhone 12PM. Running sweet and speedy.

Might be a iPhone 13 Pro or Pro Max thing with 120 promotion.. quite a few people have reported this being in YouTube especially
I’m experiencing the touch issue on my 13 Pro Max and it seems to be a widespread issue across the 13 series. I’m also getting the app lock up issue where I have to swipe up and down from the bottom bar although it’s been fairly rare, still occurred though and is very irritating. Seems to occur particularly after playing media for some unusual reason? Usually on Twitter and Instagram

I’m having zero issues with Safari. So far it hasn’t started thermonuclear war/commit arson/called mother-in-law

Safari for me has generally been one of most polished applications in iOS 15 throughout this bug fiesta.

Agree. On my iPhone 12 pro no issues, but when I had prior to sending back my iPhone 13 Pro I did. So it must be an I phone 13 issue

At this time the biggest pita’s for both my 12PM and IPP11 are app freezes and RAM management. Apps that took a lot to reload before are now doing it routinely when launched from task manager.

Siri is one of my top used apps on my Battery stats but I haven’t used it, was doing it in beta’s on my 12 Pro, now still doing it on my 13 Pro Max. Did my 13 Pro Max from a fresh install and didnt do my backup from 12 Pro in hopes it wouldn’t continue.

Had no problems installing 15.01 on my iPad air.
I wonder if any of these CarPlay individual apps issues are App issues rather than 15 or carplay. I know some apps get released without exactly written as supposed and later releases catch them. Hopefully, all gets fixed quickly whatever the cause it.

Since updating my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 15.0.1, my phone is constantly using localisation.
Settings indicates that "Find my iPhone" is using it all the time.

Every time I unlock my phone I get the same thing. Have no idea if that’s normal but I don’t remember it happening all the time on older iOS updates.

Bear in mind that Siri doing e.g. 100% usage for e.g. 3am means nothing because your overall usage at 3am is nothing. It‘s equal to e.g. 15 seconds of Home Screen screen on time being 100%.

100% of barely any usage over night is nothing… that is if that‘s your Siri usage problem (I have Siri do 80% over night a lot, so I just assume you have a similar experience).

Wakeup

Has happened a few times now, I open my Magic Keyboard and get the lockscreen with Siri in the bottom right. In order to unlock I have to kill Siri (power button). Intrusive little snitch.

This is new and a pita.

Unlocking via Apple Watch still broken after this update (iPhone 13 Pro)

“it just works”

I updated my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 15.0.1, restarted both phone and watch. Both devices are connected, I can go into the Watch app and change watch faces from the iPhone.
When I go to the Face ID settings and toggle on the unlock with Apple Watch, I'm getting the message "Unable to Communicate with Apple Watch" when they are definitely connected.
The Face ID unlock with mask on is still not working.

Unlocking using apple watch still broken after this update for me too. IPhone 13 pro max and apple watch series 5

Same here. No change after the patch, and I've power-cycled both devices.

iPhone 13 Pro Max and Apple Watch (GSM) Series 5.

I know you don’t want to hear this but soon as I got my 13PM I wiped the phone and set up new with IPSW and only install updates through IPSW.. I don’t do the OTA way anymore and I’m not seeing bugs that others are experiencing..I’m a believer that there is an issue with the OTA’s lately.. just my opinion

something is really weird with my storage. My iPad Air 4 suddenly showed 40 GB of photos even though I have iCloud Photos activated and it should be no more than 5 GB locally. Therefore I have deactivated iCloud Photo, waited for it to be done and deleted every single photo (7,000) from the device itself. HOWEVER, iPadOS still claims that I have 8 GB of photos on my iPad. There is not a single photo on this iPad!

Cheers.
Might try to force the SW update first and restore backup, but then if that doesn’t work it’s nuke time!

Well... the force-update IPSW and subsequent restore from disk-backup worked. Cheers for that!

I still cannot see my storage. It’s just stuck loading and nothing happens.

Apple maps app crashes while navigating. Upgraded to 15.0.1 but still not fixed.

Anyone managed to actually finish off scanning faces in Photos? My iPad Pro m1 have been on iOS 15 for a long time now and is even behind my iPhone 13 Pro even though it is connected to power at least 8 hours a day.
It also seems that images need to be downloaded since my new iPhone is nearly full with images.

Is it normal that the photo albums remain (empty but still weird) after deactivating iCloud Photos?

Also, why does it claim I have 8 GB of photos on my iPhone when there is literally not a single photo on it right now! I freaking hate iOS 15

What exactly is "localisation" ? R u referring to location arrow in status bar? I was seeing high Find My use in Battery, but this seems improved after restore/update from ipsw file.

for you and @enmanuelrrr - I wouldn't expect these storage-related issues to be fixed until you get 15.1, next week hopefully. My iPhone 11 Pro still shows 350GB used on a 256 model (on 15.0.1 via IPSW). There seems something's rotten in calculating storage code.
