Yes I had exactly this yesterday on my iPhone X although both my iPad Pros on the same RC could play it.

To fix it all I had to do was log out of Apple Music (iCloud, media & purchases, sign out) then login again.
Ugh I don’t want to have to do that but it’s still effed up so I guess I’ll try it.

Can anyone else test an app that uses scanning of bar codes, qr codes, or bank checks? 16.1 seems to have made it less of an issue for me but I don’t really have anything to test with right now.
Not 100% sure what you're asking, but I have an inventory app that I opened and scanned my laptops barcode. Decoded it fine.

we have all read the same thing and it sounded like he wanted to update to 16.1 based on the person he replied to. there are two ways to install the IPSW; shift update or shift restore + restore backup. One option is clearly better without the need to restore on slow USB 2.0 speeds. I didn't get the impression that he wants to restore his current iOS version.

I did shift + update & select downloaded ipsw file & no data loss and I’m on 16.1 now, Thank you all for the support

No, he’s right since the Dynamic Island is only available on those devices, why the need to specify even further?
Like @sorgo said, the issue I mean is that it currently says on the dynamic island and Lock Screen for 14 pro. Which implies that live actions are NOT available on the 13 pro.
I believe the reality is that for the Lock screen part it should say for the 14 pro AND EARLIER MODELS. The other part of the edit was just for clarity🤷🏻‍♂️

It's just copied from Apple's release notes. If you want to edit it, just do it. The first post is a Wiki.

Does anyone know if there's a list of iOS apps with the option for live activities? I imagine numerous apps will be updated with this feature very soon since 16.1 launches this Monday.

Yes! I got this app last night after reading about it here. The $4.99 per year is to remove ads. I can afford that, and it’s a cool app. I just wish I was able to choose from different app icons other than NFL.
Wait I was talking about the Drafts App, which app are you talking about?

Only one I've seen it of what's known for sure. Like you said, there will be a lot trying to take advantage of the option. Can't wait to see what comes out.

So the only solution I saw was to delete the music app and reinstall it. No thanks. I’ll wait and hopefully it will fix itself.

Someone else posted another solution below mine. But I’m not sure why delete and reinstalling would be that big an issue.

I was talking about Sports Alerts

Is anyone else having problems with the Facebook app with this build on the iPad, it doesn’t seem to be saving the passwords

I have lots of playlists and music I uploaded to iCloud Music Library. I’m always nervous that something will get effed up if I delete and reinstall the app or sign out of iCloud. AM sometimes is very weird for me. The other day in one of my playlists some of the songs were showing what appeared to be a list of songwriters instead of the band name. But it wasn’t all the songs from the same album or artist, it was random.

I assume this is a bug and the background blur should cover the entire screen?

I figured you probably had a lot of your own music there. Probably the right move in that case.
