I tell you what else is good now is system data is low. They seem to have sized that bug. 16, 16.1 was around 15gigs… 5.34gigs and stable.

Not at all my system storage is still around the 13 gb mark consistently

I’m glad you both posted about this. I hadn’t checked mine in awhile.

37.65 GB

Yes you read that right.

I’m going to do an “iTunes” sync with my Mac and see if that knocks it down.

So a few days after a restore now and I was taking note of the SD anyway on these beta trails, buts it’s gone down actually. 4.37gigs.

Could it be one crazy-large video file? Log into iCloud and see which one is missing. You only have 71,536 items to check. You can read some of your mails and messages at the same time 😁

While not improbable, I have more content and shot Blitzkid’s entire set in 4K and I’m not experiencing that issue.

My System Data is sitting at 15GB right now. I Installed via an IPSW... I am not hurting for free space but still wish it wasn't holding onto stuff needlessly... should be a setting to allow you to "flush" that during a hard reboot...

What they DIDN’T tell you was the mini actually weighed less thanks to the smaller ios.
Yuh. What's interesting and something I forgot to mention is that that was after doing a backup/sync to my MacBook as well as to iCloud and then doing a full restart

Wonder what's causing the bulk...oh well. I've only used about half of my 256GB (essentially comprised of photos, music, messages, maybe a few games/fatter apps) so I'm not exactly perturbed

Lol I wouldn’t make much of it. I stared at it funny on my old 11 this one time and it went up to 26 GB.
