Looks like Apple Weather is having some issues

And it’s having an impact on CarrotWeather, also, if you use Apple Weather as the source (unsurprisingly).

Hahaah! I wish I could do that. I don't have the time to be playing games with Apple. Where is Dark Sky at? :D

I would pay money to get an answer to that question. The worst thing Apple has done in the last many years is take away our Dark Sky. If they would put it back, I would go pay for it again. I paid for it before Apple brought it. You know they didn’t offer me my money back when they took it away!!

Wonder what they did with the money. I wonder if you will get a response if you email Tim Cook asking for a refund or something. Because you do have a legitimate reason.

I don’t know whether this’ll send. I’m on EDGE/3G.

14 pro max ramping up to 1,000 nits here but it’s not gradual. Like the brightness just instantly goes up/down. Same thing with true tone. It’s jarring.

Oh and apparently I’m a regular now. :)

I'll let you know tomorrow 😉

That was my iPad Pro that I did a backup and restore on. When doing it on my phone, well it was apparent there were issues as the storage utilization went up to 100GB!

Been running well for me. Some non-showstopper bugs and glitches, sure, and battery life maybe isn't where it should be. But a good beta nonetheless.
 
Gotta say, for a Beta 1 I’m actually quite impressed with the battery. Though I don’t expect it to last sadly :(

This is after:
A full work day of company emails and Teams Meetings/Messages
Multiple other email accounts synced as well
A fitness+ workout
General browsing
Facebook rabbit holes
Twitter scrolling
Several App updates
Ample general texting
A few 30+ min phone calls
Plenty of random weather, app, news notifications
And more I’m sure

Paint me impressed. Never been this good
I do feel like the time calculations are a bit off, I was on my phone more than an hour since the last screenshot…. But I digress. 🤷‍♂️

This is a pretty buggy beta for me. Battery life is fine but I've got the weather widget bug, and I randomly lose data once or twice a day. I'll have full signal with 5G but nothing will connect and messages fail to send. Toggling airplane mode seems to fix it for a while. Earlier tonight I changed my promotion settings and my screen went blurry immediately after, like the resolution changed or something. A restart fixed it but I've never seen that happen before. Very weird. And just now I looked over at my phone just in time to see it respring on it's own. All in all nothing serious, but plz hurry beta 2 🙃
