I do still have major issues like for example taking ages to load email contents regardless of the network status . I'm not even on beta! I'm on iOS 15.5

Think that was the quickest I've ever restored back to a previous OS version, I did a IPSW update to beta 3 and my health data was completely missing, nothing was showing up. Restored back down to 15.6 and it's all back now.

How the frak do the wallpaper settings work? It is such a mess. I am trying to change the Home Screen wallpaper ONLY but when I click "adjust" on the HOME SCREEN button, it suddenly adds a NEW wallpaper to a NEW LOCKSCREEN?!? and then suddenly changes the wallpaper on the Lockscreen and the Home Screen.

I want to change the pride wallpaper on my lockscreen to my dog but want to keep the Home Screen wallpaper as it it. However, when I tap on add new wallpaper to LOCKSCREEN, it opens the „lockscreen“ setting but adds it to the Home Screen??

Hope they eventually let you just change the theme of a wallpaper instead of having to make a new one and readd all the widgets. e.g. my pictures were still indexing at first so I had to just pick a phote, but once it was done, I couldn't just change the theme to photo shuffle. And I hope they let us use our old photo eventually and just add the widgets to it. Is there some easier way to find the lockscreen photo again without digging through my library?

Is anyone else having charging issues (wireless) with this beta? iPhone 13 Pro Max, it’s always “charging but after 16 hours it gets to 70% or 90%. Works fine plugged in….

as well on iPad for sure, messages never lets me send until I force close + reopen

I have been using a MagSafe charger (Apple) and have had no issues - always charge overnight, and am at 100% every morning. b1, b2, and b3.

I noticed that I cannot add smart home gadgets on iOS 16. Multiple apps keep asking me to connect to a 2,4 GHz Network (I am) to set up a connection and then it fails. Tried the same on my iPad running iOS 15 and it worked right away

Yeah. On my iPad the “Send Message” button doesn’t work on the original DP3.

No. You need the ios 16 beta profile

Dev should be next week (assuming still beta 3 just changed to reflect public release today?) and public is the following week (2 weeks). Eventually, dev and public release will have shorter interval between them

Release notes have been updated. Some new stuff:

This update to Beta 3 resolves two issues:

• Some 3rd party messaging apps fail to send video when making video calls. (96454681)
• Messages search within the Messages app can fail the first time. (96260623)
