Thanks for the hint.
I don't remember anymore because the last beta i used was ios 14.
BUT!
I tought it was better with ipsw, but i will follow your hint. 🙂
Public Betas are the same build numbers as the correspondng Developer Beta, however to my understanding the IPSW for the Beta is only officially supported with a developer account.

Sorry, I've been travelling.Didn’t someone about 50 posts above have this issue? I think @adrianlondon had the fix. Search the thread for “SIM” and that username and I think you’ll find it.
I thought you were my friend. I'm going to tell everyone to do an OTA install, as I always do.That was a dead end I'm afraid. Even started to look through all of @adrianlondon messages as a last hope - God that was boring 😜

I was hoping PB2 would be out today...seem to be a lot of small things to be fixed relatively quickly/easily. Perhaps wishful thinking...
thanks but my simple question was already answered.Nice big thread for this: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-16-speculation-thread.2339171/

Your welcome.
Ask the question in the appropriate location next time. And i don’t think your question was truly answered as there is already a public beta.
Zero difference given the criteria you listed...a beta is a beta once you get to the public ones.Hi all, is there a fundamental difference between a public profile and a developer profile? besides the fact that the first one is free of charge and comes out a little later?
