I would guess so. Probably just a bug in this beta.Hopefully next beta includes new battery % for 12/13 minis.
Can’t see the intention by Apple to further separate the devices from each other and only because the phones are a bit smaller.

You can not have it all 😀Small change, not a fan: wireless CarPlay no longer shows the battery status.
Mine is working? You can not have it all 😀
One indicator comes back, the other one moves away. That’s how it is…
Just kidding. Think it’s a bug as well in this beta.
i got the iphone 12 and i got so excited with the new battery indicator so I installed the beta right away only to my dismay that battery indicator is not available on iphone 12 💀
Wasn’t it listed somewhere as a “hardware limitation” for the iPhone mini models?I would guess so. Probably just a bug in this beta.

it is - you have to set it in battery settingsi got the iphone 12 and i got so excited with the new battery indicator so I installed the beta right away only to my dismay that battery indicator is not available on iphone 12 💀
First battery with a score of 69 wins a prize.
i know i just finished installing it now. while i was downloading the update and went to check it in settings and noticed there’s no option to turn on battery percentage. i panicked a little 😂it is - you have to set it in battery settings
I can't see why that would be the criteria.Looks like it’s OLED Screen devices only? - Mini. Wonder if 11 Pro has it 🤔 otherwise wtf Apple (my 12 Pro Max has it)
Or perhaps a nudge/reason to shell out $1500 for a new phone with the amazing capability to show a percentage in a battery icon. I am sure there are some who would wait for days in line to get a phone with such a feature. 😂Probably has something to do with which screen size ratios will be translate to the new pill and holepunch configuration.
Control Nearby Devices was on at least Beta 4. I encountered it over the weekend looking for something else and wondered what it was.Don’t think any prior beta had this…

The day you install a beta is not the day you want to observe battery performance. Too much going on (indexing, logging, etc...). Check again tomorrow or Wednesday for a truer picture.I have noticed battery life is a little bad on this beta. Have been on battery for about 3 hours and down 21%. iPhone 12 Pro Max
Hey everyone I have skipped every beta so far for iOS 16 and thinking of jumping on the beta wagon with this one. Has anyone here had any issues installing the beta ota? Thanks in advance
Yep.Is the volume lag fixed in this release?
But what does it do? Why would one copy the image of it has to be deleted anyways ?View attachment 2040518New "Copy and delete" option when hitting "Done" in Screenshots overlay?
No issues at all with ota this time aroundcue Pearsy!
(And no, no issues installing OTA for me)
I do this all the time. But what does it do? Why would one copy the image of it has to be deleted anyways ?
But how did you do this all the time before beta 5. Was there some other method available earlier.I do this all the time.
I’ll take a screen shot that I want to send to someone, but don’t want the screen shot in my photo library. I simply “copy” the image and then trash the screen shot.
