With the wife, I find that even if everything is perfect, since they change the way it looks, I always get the short end of it. lol.

My wife is overseas with family, yesterday I told her to ignore the update if she wanted everything to stay exactly the same. That is ultimately best. She is very utilitarian with her phone after all, so what do the bells and whistles bring vs the changes that effect the look like lock screens etc.

In my case, I was only shown 15.7
I am installing this now, thinking maybe this is necessary to get 16, but what do I know.

My wifes SE had 15.7 as the primary update and then at the bottom of the screen the option to have iOS 16.

I think it might depend on the connection. My update took literally three minutes to download. I am not on a super fast connection, it is a business connection that tops out at 100mbps download speed.

I have optic fiber so it should be fast
Just checked. We hare over 340mbps. My 12P : 20 mn
Husbands XS : 2 h
Go figure !

Not showing up for me. I have 16 RC installed, removed the Beta profile, restarted, 13PM. Still showing my Beta 16 RC as “up to date.” East coast (PA) 2:11pm
