What's the rush anyways? You do realize that those first two betas will be quite buggy ridden?
What is the answer that you prefer?
Nobody knows the answer - except Apple. But, going on recent history - Apple will announce (something), and, assuming it is a new version, Apple will release (something, usually a developer beta first, then a public beta download)
When that takes place, is just a guess at this point. A day or two, or a week or two, maybe.
Why not call Apple? I am sure they will tell a random impatient caller. (Try taking some deep breaths -- relax, wait for it)

Honestly if what’s been reported as leaks about iOS 16 I’m not that crazy for it. Nothing has stopped me in my tracks or I’ve got excited for.
Gutted there’s no UI Design tweaks on the icons. Really wanted a new feel to my iPhone. Needs Updating. Feels dated when you look around at other phones.

I would definitely not base your expectations on purported leaked material to date. Software is much easier to keep under wraps.
The iOS 16.0 Developer Preview will almost certainly be released immediately after the Apple WWDC keynote address, which should conclude by Noon Pacific Daylight Time on Monday, June 6.
You can only obtain the Developer Preview if you have a developer profile on your device. To get that profile, you are supposed to have an Apple paid Developer Account.
The public beta, it is rumored, will not be released until the time the third version of the Developer Preview is released, sometime in early to mid-July. If past practice holds, the public beta software will be exactly the same software as Developer Preview #3 (to anticipate a possible further question).
I'm backing up my stuff and I will be doing clean install on all my devices on Monday. 🎉 Still unsure if I should go for dual-boot...

For me it’s the community. It’s the chat on the forums, the articles and reviews, the YouTube critics, the online hype.. it’s just all of it.
The way that, no matter who you are, an update like this effects every single person using an Apple device. That’s kinda a big deal

PLEASE EVERYONE, make an encrypted back to your computer, BEFORE installing iOS 16 on your device.
That way you can just go back to a nice stable version of iOS and your phone will work again with all your apps. Read up on installing the profiles and what they do exactly and make sure you can get by with a semi working phone if it’s on a device you use a lot.
