My iPhone and watch are both on 26.2, but for some reason the sleep score on the Health app’s Summary page doesn’t match what’s displayed when your tap the score to see more info… (the Summary screen says it’s “very high” but tapping for more info shows “high”)

Anyone else also having noticeable lag when scrolling through certain apps since updating to 26.2? At first I thought it's only Instagram but it's affecting, e.g., the Updates page (App Store) and the Settings app as well. Basically, when the screen is not moving and you flick up to scroll down, it takes a fraction of a second until the screen starts to move. It feels like registering the touch takes a very short (but noticeable) amount of time.

I have this issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max but my mom's iPhone Air is buttery smooth. Anyone else also having this issue?

since I haven't hit a glitch yet, I'm guessing you may be finding dependency glitches (ie what other apps are loaded, and the order in which they load) these are the devil to find if you don't have a complete load map and if you can't find them you can't fix them ... I suspect apple will need more complete bug reports or the default becomes user error or maybe delusional user

I didn't see any lag in either app, on iP15Pro.

None on my 17 Pro or wife's 16 Pro. Make sure to restart your phone about 24 hours after new software.

Is it impossible to install iOS 18 new versions anymore? I only see 26.2 on my 16 Pro
On iPhones that can support iOS 26, Apple has stopped allowing new builds of iOS 18. Seen this on a few of my old iPhones. It's a bummer.

Funny thing is, Apple do not force users to install 26 on the iPad - can still get the new builds of 18 there.

Sucks as the new versions of iOS 18 are so much better than 26. I'm running the latest 18 on an XS Max - was allowed to install as it doesn't support 26.

I’ve seen on Youtubers that you’re supposed to have “enhance security alerts” in notifications, but mine does not show it. I’m from Florida and do not know if this is region specific or not.

When using glass or tinted icons on iPad, this bug is still alive and well in the final 🥲
Doesn’t happen all the time, but often enough to be annoying, so I’m back to using dark icons instead.

My understanding is if you swap your iOS 18 device over to the Beta channel, you should be given the option to install the 18.7.3 RC, which is the same as the final build.
Not sure if Apple has patched that yet, but it was possible as of yesterday.
I’m also not sure why they aren’t delivering 18.7.3 through the standard channel to iPhones, but they are to iPads.

Thanks for your input. I already restarted my iPhone today (I updated yesterday) but unfortunately it didn't solve the issue. Really weird, never had laggy scrolling since owning Apple devices (2016). I hope it gets fixed somehow in the future.

Omfg. Does anyone else have the bug again where Spotlight opens on its own on the home screen when you open the control center?? I thought it had disappeared a long time ago, it really annoys me

The stutter, swiping from Today View to the Home screen, is fixed - iPhone 15 Pro. (Cosmetic, and sure, it's minor, but it's something...).
Wierd. Mine is a little better but still some little stutters on my 17pro. Only have 3 widgets too. Weather Google Calendar and the batteries widget. Once and awhile there is a long stutter too with a hang if I swipe back and forth a bunch of times in a row. Doesn’t really bother me as everything else is mostly smooth as butter with an occasional hiccup here and there but nothing is perfect. I primarily use reduce motion too but sometimes I turn the animations on for fun. Overall feels very similar to 26.1.

Well so far it’s a really nice update. It managed to delete the entirety of my safari data, i.e. bookmarks, tabs, tabgroups, reading list, and made sure to immediately sync it with the cloud, so it’s gone on all devices.
Just plain awesome

For the second time during this 26 beta run, this update deleted my open pages in Safari. Fortunately nothing else. crApple strikes again!

the old way was to shut down your device and reboot it every few days (daily for desktop (macOS devices) and about weekly for iOS devices depending on usage - worried about memory corruption I suppose that is not an issue today.

Did you make a full mac backup and iCloud backup before you upgraded to 26.2? Always do a full backup before you upgrade software.
