Likely no new build today, but you never know. We weren’t expecting a Beta 9 either. I will say that if there was a new build, I would’ve expected a second RC.

I’ve seen other releases where the public release build is newer than the last RC developer release, especially for X.1 releases.

According to betawiki.net, the public release for a x.0 release has always been the same as the RC...except for iOS 2, 5 and 15.

I think the chances of getting a new build today is rather slim.

I thought we'd need new builds on iPhone and Apple Watch to activate the hypertension notification, but it popped up this morning at 12:00 that I could activate it, and now I'm done. So it's likely we'll see the same build as the RC.
Although I don't know why, out of nowhere the phone overheated without doing anything to it, which has happened to other people.

I don’t think we’re getting a new build, but at least all our apps will be updated to support the iOS 26 UI like the new keyboard.

It's here!

They've been able to release those iOS 26 updates ever since the RC dropped. Some apps already have.
