Mine tells me I'm up to date even though I'm not. The option for beta updates is checked off and does nothing when I try to enable it. I can't understand why it was turned off and why I can't turn it back on.

I enrolled again my device in beta.apple.com website and the submenu is back!

Most probably a problem server side at Apple. Be patient.

Beta option back now so servers probably getting hammered

It took me 3 and a half hours to download, but Mac updated incredibly quickly! Both on same very stable fiber connection.
