Apple’s button on Cupertino seems to be huge and hard to press, or small and hard to find …
I'd say tomorrow. 18.6 b3 is out

My guess is PB1 (same as DB3) tomorrow or on Wednesday and then DB4 early next week.
I think we are on the regular beta train, this means 26beta4 next Monday 19:14:32 (Central Europe Summer Time)
I am waiting patiently because I only have daily drivers. Gonna read here which public beta will be useful enough.
Typically by mid August is when everything should be solid. By Public Beta 3/4.
Starting with iOS 13, it's been 8 betas and then a RC for the development cycle. iOS 12 was the last time we had more then 8 betas before the RC.
If I was a betting man this is how I would see the rest of the dev betas playing out:
Jul 21st Week - Beta 4
Aug 4th Week - Beta 5
Aug 11th Week - Beta 6
Aug 18th Week - Beta 7
Aug 25th Week - Beta 8
Sept 8th Week - RC

Yes, this looks fine to me, unless there are some serious issues along the way.
Yeah, this seems pretty much right... Unless there's a revised version of Beta 3 (which sometimes stretched the beta cycle an extra 14 days) it should be a 2 week process until beta 5 then it all turns weekly based on most previous beta cycles.
Last year I’ve waited until September. Usually I have the feeling that the betas are buggier than before.
Took part in the betas since iOS 13 with the iPhone XS back then.
Can’t confirm. Same issues with slight stuttering, battery as in the betas before.
No huge dealbreaker, comparable „bugs“ in these early betas.
I'm actually liking the way Liquid Glass is in this beta. Yes, it's "opaque" at times, but it seems only when the background requires it to be for legibility reasons. It still looks like the old Liquid Glass plenty of times, and looks quite nice.
From memory, iOS 12 beta 1 was more stable and way better than the final build of iOS 11! I miss those days when Apple’s software team actually cared about fixing bugs and improving performance.
I would prefer more liquid glass than it is right now !
