Happened randomly in b1 and 2, but more of an issue in b3. Missing icons in spotlight and I use spotlight for everything. I rarely open my folder and go to an app or a setting.

They go missing only when an app updates and the app happens to be in that list; that's the only time they go missing for me.

As I update my apps manually, I can reproduce this every time on B2 and B3 as long as the app to be updated is in the suggested list.

I am going to throw this out there in case it helps anyone.

I contacted AT&T Monday (before beta 3 dropped) about have 5g SA turned on for my Elite 1.0 (HBO) account. After 30 minutes they figured it out and it is now enabled. I updated the beta 3 from beta 2 (don't know if this matters or not). I have noticed extreme delays in notifications, mainly iMessages coming in, they have reached my iPad (27) and Mac (26) long before they ever get to my iPhone.

I just discussed this with AI and switching my phone to 5G On with 5G SA and not using 5G Auto seems to have resolved the delay. Appears there might be some latency issues with 5G SA combined with 5G Auto. Apparently the modem goes into a deeper sleep when the phone is locked and on 5G Auto. It did say that if I wanted to use 5G Auto to turn 5G SA off while on the beta at the least.

is there any way to remove the "suggested" apps? I thought you were able to in ios 26? i'm also stuck with just 4 app suggestions instead of 8..

Am I stupid or are Shortcut automations just gone? None trigger and I have no idea where to find them (Shortcuts just shows Home automations and no way to create any automations)?

The 10 I had just vanished.

Indexing over and done with almost before I even noticed it was happening. Much different than beta 1.

Please use the indexing thread for the topic.

I have just taken my first step into the world of iOS 27 by putting iPadOS beta 3 on my iPad Mini7. Before the update I had 41GB free, now I have 8GB. iPadOS has reserved 20GB+ for future updates and taken 10GB+ for Apple Intelligence.

You can disable Automatic Updates in the Settings > General > Software Update, which should hopefully give you 20GB of that reserved space back.

Are you guys noticing a slight delay between when you see the app icon badge notification for a new text message, and then when the text message banner actually shows up? iPhone 17 Pro
