iOS 6 Beta 4: Current Bugs & Flaws Thread

Bug/issue: HORRID audio quality from 3rd party music apps. Discovered on Spotify, turns out it affects all of the music apps except the Apple music player. (Anyone remember listening to MP3s at 64 kbps? lol)

iPhone, iPod, iPad model: iPhone 4S GSM

Fix: None so far, about to downgrade to Beta 3 in the mean time.

Have keyboard short cuts ever worked on any of the betas? I still cannot use mine and we are on beta 4. Anyone else have this issue?
 
MMS not working

On Beta 3 I could easily alter two plist files to accommodate my data and mms settings. In beta 4 its not working and the files are identical before change so theres gotta be a little bug somewhere else..

Also...after running Redsnow jailbreak the camera freezes up...
 
Vonage SimulRing Bug

I have my home Vonage number set to ring my iPhone at the simultaneously as my home phone number. If a call comes into my home phone and I answer it there, the iPhone continues to ring, stops for about 5 or 10 seconds, then continues to ring again. It repeats this until I restart the phone.

Eew!!

only time 64kbps mp3 was acceptable was if it was encoded with the short lived Mp3 pro codec

What keyboard shortcuts are you referring to??

Not sure if this is a bug or an odd feature...

When "Replying All" in an email, it includes the sender. This was never the case in all previous versions of iOS.

Am I missing something? Is it an oversight or an added feature? It's really annoying.
 
only shows about 5 reviews when trying to look at an app's reviews, none of which are most updated reviews. is this true for anyone else

Audio output from djay seems crappy. Thought it was my headphones but its not...
 
iphone 4, reset it self 4 times last night.
iMessage was playing up, was taking its sweet time to send messages, and kept clearing my message log, and then putting it back in

I know they're still there because I can instruct Siri to play them and they open up within the Music App just fine. I just can't manually select them.
I can also find and play them via Spotlight Search where they show up along with the audiobook icon.

My iPhone 4, also running beta 4, has no such problem.

Not sure if this has been posted yet but has anyone else had problems with calls over bluetooth? My car has integrated bluetooth and when making calls the other person on the line hears an echo on their voice... Messed with it a bit and found out the echo is from the noise canceling not working properly on my end. Basically their voice over my stereo is being picked up by the mic on my end and the other caller can hear it.

Seems like a possible hardware issue but this has never happened on iOS5 and below. First occurrence was the day I installed iOS6 Beta 1.

Restore from Backup has been active for days now even though it looks like everything is back on my phone. I get annoying message everyday asking if I want to continue over wifi and my phone hasn't backed itself up in days because it says it's restore hasn't completed.
 
So pretty intense docked playback problems this time around.

For whatever reason, when connected to the iPod dock in my car, the music just stops playing and says error communicating on my dash (2012 Hyundai Elantra) and it never did this before. Although I will say that since beta one there has been problems connecting to my car. In iOS 5, there were no connectivity issues. I plugged it in and it started auto-playing. With the first iOS 6 beta I'd have to plug it and unplug it quite a few times before it would stop stating error.

Also, I have an alarm that goes off an hour before I'm supposed to get up in case I want to run to the gym in my complex before work. If I'm running behind in the gym, my "real" alarm will go off while docked to my TDK3. Starting with beta four, my phone freezed up when playing docked if the alarm starts. Slide to turn off the alarm doesn't work snooze doesn't work, silence with the volume keys doesn't work but I can sometimes sleep and unsleep it but the alarm continues to go off.

Sometimes when docked to either my car or stereo it just refuse to output the song via the device. It shows up as connected and charging but the music keeps playing through the phone itself, something you can't do even by choice (at least with my boombox and car, in fact my car fights the iPod to play which has even caused problems since iOS 5 when trying to preview iTunes and such... If I try to preview a song it fades my iPod out plays the preview for a second or two and that fades out and I guess my car fights for the iPod playback. Even if I quit the iPod app the music in my car stops for a second but then it auto-starts back at the beginning of my iPod. Not a new issue, just an interesting note.)

I connected my calendar and contacts with Facebook, and after getting bombarded with birthdays reminders, I since turned that off in both. However I am still getting birthday reminders, even though they don't appear in my calendar and they are for people who are not in my contacts list.
 
Is anyone having problem with photostream albums share? Ever since updated to beta 4 it stopped working however good news is that now photostream album URL is working fine.
