iOS 6 Beta 4: New Features & Improvements (fixes) Thread

This isn't new to Beta 4 but I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before.

Say to Siri "I'm Hungry" now do it again this time using your headphones to speak to Siri.

It worked on beta 3! But you`re the first person to mention it!!

New/changed since Beta 3
-YouTube Gone (make a homescreen bookmark has more features anyways)
-Safari faster loading pages
-Traffic showing in Apple maps but not very accurate (shows yellow in my city on major routes but it should show green as there is very little traffic today as it is a holiday)

They updated the post on MacRumors will all my photos.
I saw my YouTube photo on a few sites just by doing a Google search.

They could be updating their 3D backend for that area. Keep an eye on it for us non devs.

It is not a big deal as it does not affect people in a big way. Also should be fixed on their end.

After my phone restarted I noticed a new welcome screen that said iOS 6.

And all of Apple's native apps are rearranged.

New Features:
New Welcome Screen.

In Passbook.app there is a new button for the App Store.

Wondering if you can explain what you mean by Bluetooth Sharing?

I see no option on my ipad or iphone both running beta 4
 
It is under privacy.

It controls what apps are allowed to use Bluetooth to share data. (Bump)

How will this affect those of us in Canada, and globally?
Sorry I don't use Vimeo because similar services have crap availability (NetFlix blows in Canada due to limited offerings), or no availability (Hulu - have to proxy).

Not really, it means I'm signed into a different Google account, and have to keep signing in again every time I clear cookies in Safari.

It means that Google will now be able to track you via online ads now, as you stay signed in, in the browser.

It probably means that background audio isn't going to work nearly as well, as Safari has a tendency to stop playing audio when run in the background with a number of tabs open.

It probably also means that links will continue to open in Safari even once Google launches their official YouTube app.

I agree that the YouTube app was not ideal, and was in need of updating. (complete lack of playlist support, for example) But removing it altogether is terrible.
 
Not sure if someone mentioned it yet, but icloud.com email address showing up as an option in iMessage along side .me, .mac and phone number.
 
The font when looking in the Maps app is bigger and more easier to read street names.

Also, when switching to landscape to portrait is REALLY QUICK. Exactly like the iPad now.

Google could just redirect iOS 6 users to a custom URL scheme ("youtube://"?) that would open the video in the app, no? Those are supported in iOS SDK.
 
Has Safari a unified address/search field? Because this is quite annoying, once you get used to having only the single field in the desktop version of Safari.
