sure can so far... and it works.

when you wake from sleep it does fade on fairly fast looks nice that is new! but sleeping while on lock screen just shuts right off

I notice a really slight fade in as well.
Aside from that: beta 4 seems blazingly fast for me so far. Well, hopefully it will be for the next weeks as well.
noticed while on beta 1,2,3 when sharing via "messages" in photos app to a non iphone number it would fail every time then have to go into messages app and "retry" to send as a text to get the photo to send. In beta 4 it show the exclamation mark on messages once you try to send it, but it when you go into messages it auto sends now. finally apple needs to realize not everyone has an iphone.
My phone number is now showing up as an option in iMessage settings on my wifi iPad since the upgrade.
I think these are new features not sure.
Maps now shows the states of USA.
In the setting app in the sound section there's a Toggle where you can either turn on or off Lock sound and Keyboard clicks.
And this last one is not a improvement but a bug i found.
In the Facebook section in setting in the bottom there's 2 iTunes toggles. Don't know why LOL

this has always been possible for as long as I can remember. They just separated those settings from the rest of the list.

Well the icon is white. I know it's not a big deal but yeah
- Too many bugs in beta 4. Notifications flashing/Camera app flashing/Keyboard alphabet key 'A' flashing.
- MAPS has drastically been improved. Lots of traffic information in new areas including road closed and accident info signs. I see more info than before. Restaurants, petrol pump, schools, libraries, parks, churches, museums, hospitals, gyms, swimming pools,

I think I'm probably the only one in the world still using this app, as no-one seemed to realise Beta 3 bricked it - but Nike+iPod app now works in Beta 4!
Oh and to those saying they're having trouble getting the download via Software Update - don't press 'Try Again', go back to the settings screen and press 'Software Update' again. For some reason, it'll work then

yeah its def a bug seeing as its there even though you do not have the podcast app (assuming you dont have it on your device). Being that i have it installed on my 4S it shows the podcast icon and says "podcasts" not "itunes"
Toggle wifi off, search for update, it should then appear. Toggle wifi on.

Nope, they weren't moved. They've been separated for awhile now. I'm on 5.1.1 and they're separated.
Bluetooth Connectivity Update
This updated Beta 4 fixed Some of the performance issues that i had with the latest UConnect software in my 2012 dodge now my iPhone 4S connects via Bluetooth almost instantly also with no skipping during Audio Streaming. Theres still a little lag when skipping to the next track but I will take this with works for now.

Turn-by-turn is practically complete now on the iPhone 4.
You don't get the voice prompts and it doesn't reroute if you go off course but as long as you stay on course, the navigation prompts auto-advance as they should.

Blame Apple for their stupid decisions. Third party apps can't become default apps. No browser will open links, just Safari. It think it's a quite lame rule, there's no user confusion to be done with changing browsers, music players, mail clients and soon YouTube.
