You don't get the cydia depends on preferenceloader error when you try to install a tweak like f.lux or zeppelin?
I'm so confused. Why in the world did you lash out at me in your previous post? I was just asking questions about the jailbreak. I wasn't whining or complaining about anything.
i downloaded the VMWare trial and the 30 days Windows 8 demo to jailbreak it on my mac. (Windows 8 is surprisingly quick to install, took less than 10 minutes)
the mouse over says "in development" so that could very well take some time, glad i got the VM thing working last night

Admittedly it was more in general but you were certainly included in my scope - I didn't mean to sound quite as upset as I did
.But the fact is it was very easy to do searching and find if the jailbreaks were safe or not, plus dozens of people on macrumours alone confirming it.

OK. I was just puzzled when I read your post. I was like what the heck did I write to get this sort of response? But no problem. Sometimes written communication come out not how you want them to.
Just noticed something weird while opening the phone app to the dial pad. Seemed like a photo editing paint brush or something that sweeps diagonally across the screen... Anyone else? It starts up by the 1 and sweeps down towards the send button lol?
Nope i have a 5s and just made a couple calls and no force close. Just a squiggly line lol...
***My issue with squiggly line is from Springtomize3 not the jailbreak sorry lol...

Also I just did a reboot and when turning on the apple logo dimmed and stayed there for like 5 minutes until I finally started pressing button combos and my phone turned on, can you try a reboot on your phone and see what happens?
Edit: after the reboot my dial pad problems are fixed and perfect (no line or forecloses)

It's hard to see, but it looks like the phone "receiver"; the white part of the phone icon. I see it on my 5s too any time I click on the keypad.
Updated to 7.1.1 but gonna hold off on jailbreaking in case 7.1.2 is jailbreakable with this too.
Nope it's a Springtomize issue if I disable the tweak it goes back to normal. Here's what I'm talking about.

Reporting in. Cydia now let's you purchase things again! Just bought a keyboard tweak called iKeywi 2. Gives a 5th row on the keyboard.
Wont run on Windows 7.
I plugged my iPhone 5 which I did a fresh restore on it. I downloaded the 7.1.1 from apple and restored that, the phone boots into 7.1.1 factory fresh now.
I have a Mac but since there is no Mac version of this I am forced to run this Pango crap on a Windows 7 media center machine.
When I plug my iPhone in using a genuine Apple lightning cable the iPhone asks me if I want to trust the computer. I tell it yes.
I start the pango crap and it is all question marks since I dont have the chinese installed on that pc. I uncheck the checked dot on the left but the elongated button on the right which I assume is the start button just has four question marks in it and it is not clickable.
WTF??

Same here, but I think it's just a issue with the machine. I am redownloading iTunes to reinstall and see if that fixes it.
Do you have iTunes installed on this computer? I still saw ???s when used the app on my iPad Air, but it worked for me on Windows 8.1 pro; I believe I needed to install iTunes first though, and trust the computer with my 'pad. Sent from my MacBook Pro.
