I checked and I'm not seeing it under accounts. The only calender I have is through iCloud and I didn't set it up through there. I didn't even set it up anywhere. I just upgraded from 7.0.4 to 7.1 b3 and noticed it.

Do you possibly have it set up on your Mac, and iCloud is just sync'ing to that?

Yes in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data, I have 'Holiday Calendar' and I'm not sure how it got there as it's not listed in Accounts on the previous screen.

yeah its new. I set my iPad up as new and it was there when I went to add all my other accounts back.

Tap Calendar, tap Calendars (at the bottom) and you should see US Holidays listed under other - you can disable it here.

I see 'UK Holidays' in the Calendar app but turning the visibility off doesn't remove 'Holiday Calendar' from the Settings app. Doesn't bother me too much, just think it's a bit weird they've introduced this change without any obvious way of getting rid of it. I have it set to Manual (rather than Push or Fetch) so it's no big deal.

I don't think it'd be crazy to suggest this is actually a bug...?

Anyone notice a bug in the multitasking view. If you scroll to a point where you have 5 app icons visible with the two icons on the sides just barely visible. Click on either of the extreme ones and weird stuff happens. Either it brings up the wrong app's frozen image (but then the correct app loads) or the image loads quite glitchy, before the apps loads properly.

Yes, I have the same bug, but it is only happening when reduce motion is on!
I reported it to apple already.

Not only am I enjoying the speed improvements but my battery life is outstanding! Is it a placebo effect or is this for real?

Well i can tell for sure there is speed difference. About the battery, i think it is slightly better. Not the battery itself but energy consumption. ;)

There's something that bugs me ever since the introduction of folders in iOS and is still present in iOS 7.

Lets assume you have the app you wish to use in a folder (it happens with any app within a folder). You tap on the folder to obviously get inside the folder and then you tap the app to open it and do whatever you need to do.

Once you have finished using the app, the bugbear with me is that you now have to press the Home button to exit the app, and then you need to press the home button again to exit the folder and return back to the Home screen?!

Why can't it take a single press, from within the app (which is obviously inside the folder) to return back to the home screen (the app should close and it should zoom/fade all the way back out to the home screen instead of just closing and returning to the folder. No?

You actually don't have to press the home button. You can tap anywhere on the screen and the folder will collapse. Still a pain in the ass though.

I think it's just one of those things where it's impossible to keep everyone happy. Arguments in favour of it: not only is there the chance that users accidentally tap the wrong app in the folder - in which case going back to the folder so they can open the correct app would be friendlier - but people might want to cycle through all the apps in a folder or something. I personally prefer the way it currently behaves, treating the Home button as more of a "back out of the app to where I was before" button.

So I think this is new. The wording before was simply "the high today was XX." Now they've included "forecast."

When music is playing, if you go back to the list or playlist and select that track again it restarts the track.

Pretty sure before it would just do the same as the 'Now Playing' and not restart

You're right, it used to do the same as "Now Playing". Anyone know if this is a bug or an intended change? Hopefully it gets fixed.

I went to my fav torrent site to download the latest ubuntu release via torrent. Click the download link and boom got a screen asking me what i want to open the .torrent file with. I was surprised because I could have sworn I have tried doing it in the past and that did not happen.

So is there now a way to open torrent files? What app can do it?

I do not know any English one, but if you known Chinese, I know one decent app for torrenting...torrenting for a small video files or something is OK, I would not want torrenting anything bigger than 1GB... Computer is thing for that
