Yes, you can scale the wallpaper to whatever you want again. Once you zoom out enough, the parallax setting is automatically turned off.. however, even zoomed all the way out there is still a slight parallax effect. I'm glad they added this to 7.1! was one of my biggest complaints of 7.

Perfect. Thanks for that update. I can't wait for 7.1 official. Maybe be Applle's best release if all else is fixed.

Anyone on iPad 2 performance?:D

Do weather animations still stop when reduce motion is toggled on.. I know I have asked it in beta 3 also but I have reported this to apple and they it's not a feature but a bug .. So could anyone tell me if it still occurs?

Could you make a video and post a link please ... :) :)

still occurs - looks like this one is by design.

When you do a wrong swipe this happens, isn't it a little extreme? I thought iOS 7 removed things like this.

you're really not going to give this one up are you? its by design. reduce motion stops the weather animations....its doing what its supposed to. apparently apple was wrong with what they told you.

the same thing happens to peoples menu transparency goes away when increase contrast is turned on. you need to accept this eventually.

Just came across this when I had a notification on the lock screen. That just doesn't look right/good.

anyone have a screen shot of iOS 6's keypad dialer while on call? I forgot how it looks but in iOS 7 it just shows a "hide" text in the bottom right hand corner. Looks really unfinished.

Does anyone crash their iPad when using 5 finger pinch to minimize an app? The closing animation will get stuck and the device becomes unresponsive.

It happened to me on every release of iOS7 so far - often enough to be frustrating. Wondering if it was still happening on this beta?

Never happened on my iPad. You should restore iOS without a backup.

Sorry but this isn't quite true.

You can zoom out a bit more than in 7.0 as it doesn't require extra wallpaper for parallax.

But it still requires the whole screen to be taken up by an image. This means if you use an image that isn't the same aspect ratio as your device's screen, some part of it will have to be cropped. In iOS 6 you could just opt to have black space around your image and scale it how you wanted.

Checking in to say 7.1 B4 on an iPhone 4 has, like the previous 7.1 betas, increases the usability and speed of this phone. Double tapping into the quick change menu, and immediately swiping up to close an app happens almost instantly now. Tapping Settings and immediately swiping to scroll registers the motion also almost instantly. Can't think of any other test scenarios because everything is starting to finally feel natural, so feel free to ask any questions. The iPhone 4 on iOS 7 will never be perfect, but it's at least starting to feel like a solid experience again.

Unfortunately tap to return to call/navigation/etc. doesn't seem to work for me anymore.

I noticed that, in 7.0.4, if I set a picture taken with my iPhone on someone on my contact list this is showing full screen during a incoming call, otherwise, if I set a picture, no matter how big it is, from contacts application on my Mac it is showing in a small square on the top right of the screen. Can't figure why this behavior.

This behaviour existed since ios 1

Beta 4 seems to have fixed the keyboard freezing bug. Although my iPad Air has frozen and required a reboot (home button + power button) two times already since yesterday. Also, when I was reading a book in iBooks yesterday, I got a BSOD followed by a restart. Works great on my iPhone 5 though. 64 bit related?

The shiny effect on the slide to unlock/power down text is so ugly if you have a bright background..

I actually have this on my lock screen even if theres is no notifications, its just isn't as noticeable but look closely around the slide to unlock text and you will se it

I saw this just after upgrading but its not there anymore. Never could figure out what makes it appear that way. So you think is when there is a notification? I will watch for that today. It was strange looking especially with a dark background.

Is it me or the app titles look different? I can't tell what's the different though

Do you mean the text under the home icons? If so, I think "something" has changed too. Not sure if it's the font or the number of characters before the name is truncated with "...", but something is certainly different.
