If you could downgrade to iOS 6.13 without any effort, would you do it? I think all questions come down to this. Downgrading is the wish of many (if not most) iPhone 4 users on iOS 7.04.

Dude it's without jailbreak !!! Seriously try it ... It does work!! I have done it but u can download any one only because it overwrites the previous app if u download more than 1 .. They'll be fixing that .. I play pokemon like that only
or 6.1.4 for iPhone 5 users. but i even would even though i enjoy a lot of the changes to iOS 7
Is that when the phone is locked or unlocked? How do you have notifications for Mesaages set up? Haven't come across this myself.

Assuming you have a 5S, this is a feature. It's the first iPhone where you don't have to swipe to unlock thanks to Touch ID. So they've done away with the notification.
Happens to me when I'm on the lock screen and I have a notification and I go to the passcode screen to unlock but then cancel from that to return to the locked home screen.

Dude u have to love me go back to ios 7.0.4 download it back after changing ur date to 2012 download all the cool games u want ( mario doesn't work if u get it to work please tell) and then change ur date back ... Upgrade to beta 4 again and have fun!!!
Don't download from emu4ios .. It doesn't work .. Go to coolroms.com and download .. Download Gba4ios for non jailbreak..

At this point, I'm actually not sure. If you had asked me that before I started using 7.1, I wouldn't of hesitated to say yes. Now, not so sure. At the rate things are going, 7.1 for the iPhone 4 might be completely *normal* by iOS6 standards by the time it sees wide release in the next month (or two?).
Anyone else feel the animations have been slowed down slightly in beta 4 compared to all the other betas? Whilst smooth, they seem a little slower...
That's not a bug, that's what happens if you touch the screen without sliding to unlock. They've made it more aggressive so people will notice it.
