WallStreet came to a grinding halt today, as investors, investor wannabes, and other plebians were glued to their phones, waiting on Apple to release the Craken..otherwise known as iOS 7, the Windows / Samsung smashing OS.

Last year they released iOS 6.0 beta 2 at 12:18 PM PDT.

I read that Apple releases the beta to carriers before they release it to the public. I am currently in China using China Unicom atm, so am wondering if Apple releases to all carriers around the world? Or select few - major/US?
