iOS 7 Beta 3 Tidbits: New App Download Animation, Thicker Fonts, Safari Improvements

I disagree completely. You run into a lot of spaces in URLs?
I want that button on my Win & Mac computer keyboards. .com is basically a punctuation mark, typing it out is annoying, esp on a phone.
The one thing I'm glad they've improved is the "raise to speak" option for Siri. in Beta 2 when you used it Siri would answer through the earpiece and not the loudspeaker. Now Siri answers through the earpiece when it's by your head, and switches to the loud speaker when you pull it away.
On iOS 7 beta 1 and 2, in Safari it has .co.uk rather than .com - previously it was .com for me.
In beta 3, it's been replaced with just a . but holding it gives the other options (like previous iOS versions did). However, it defaults to .uk when holding it down, which is worse than both .com and .co.uk!
Quite the opposite for me. iPhone 5, beta 1 and 2 everything was sluggish (admittedly, better in 2 than 1). Beta 3, everything so far is smooth and snappy and a lot quicker animations than in 2.
I still don't like Apple Maps search. I keep filing reports for every issue I find in it, but I've just simply stopped using it.
It couldn't find the holiday inn express I was in when I zoomed in on the map, yet Yelp and Google Maps both offered it as a result.
Typing "Holiday i" offers "Holiday inn" and "Holiday inn express" as a suggestion, tapping either of them gives me very few results, all miles from where my map was looking (or miles from me too).
Still sticking to Google Maps.
It actually took me a moment to remember what I'd done with Apple Maps app. It's off to the side on page 2 of a folder.

While I liked the thinner version of the font the changes are a little easier on the eyes and after using it for several hours I def. prefer it. It strikes a good balance.
Loving the changes they keep making. iOS7 took a bit for me to get used to but now I'm completely onboard and loving it! (icons and colors have even grown on me)

Because if you are on your last page of apps, you don't want to have to press the home button then swipe left. A single gesture is better and more logical.
Yeah, but still a crappy one where I can only see 4 hours at a time over 3 days. I mostly used the monthly view on the old one which was okay at best and this new one is actually worse.
I agree with you 100%! In fact, there is a 1/4 of the screen taken up by the turn by turn directions and nearly half the screen is taken up in horizontal mode.)

Has anyone had any problems in iOs 7 with the volume down button not working or having to press the sleep button several times before it actually puts the iPhone to sleep?
Previously next to operator text it would say "LTE" for 4G, where as now it says "4G"
Ummmm, with the changes to the Music app, does everyone still have the Radio option? I can not find it. I can launch Radio from Siri, but no luck elsewhere.
I have a great idea! Let's take a sleek new looking OS, have modern thinner font, and then take it away to give it crappy blocky font from iOS 6! YES!
I hope they bring back the thinner font, or at least the option to choose your font system wide. I've already been on the fence and thinking of switching to windows mobile or android. These sort of horizontal changes aren't helping their cause.
