It just struck me that they could of made the settings app a live animation when downloading software updates by having a spinning cog.

Thanks for clarifying. Not intuitive and totally pointless design idea.

Uhh, EXACTLY like the UI that already exists in iTunes, the podcast app, Videos, etc...
It makes perfect sense as soon as you see it. And stop whining that no-one will see it. Everybody in the world these days has friends who propagate out this sort of information.

For the love of all things holy, please allow the ability to remove the "Control Center" swipe up or at least modify it. I cannot tell you how many times it is inadvertently engaged in third party apps that require the same gesture, causing the app to freeze. I've reported this bug since beta 1.

I still loathe the GUI, at least the bugs I've reported, light fonts, too bright/low contrast, etc are fixed.

Did anyone else notice in "Safari"->"AutoFill" you can see Saved Passwords and Credit Cards and delete/edit them? I'm sure it was there before, just didn't notice it. Seems 1Password might be going the way of the DoDo bird (and serves em right, they haven't released and updated OS X app in a low time and keep making excuses).

Once iCloud syncing is engaged to compete against DropBox (which it will), I can kiss 1Password and DropBox goodbye. No issues with them, would rather have less app's and better built in functionality, which iOS 7 seems to be finally adding.

LOVING the keyboard!!! I'm sure it's been covered, but finally, black with light text, much easier than before.

Because not all change is great , Mate.

Change for the sake of change because android is kicking your bum is not great . Mate.

What a pathetic idiot.
How is android kicking 'my' bum?
Please sod off and go back to your own forums.

I still unlock my iPhone in my pocket many times a day, due to being able to swipe the whole screen.
This is so annoying, and is a real usability problem.

Finally, Keychain syncing has been remedied with iCloud -> Advanced support allowing access to the code and syncing approval. OS X and iOS keychain syncing was a hot mess, aggravating when engaging it in OS X the keyboard would cut out for code approval, and iOS devices wouldn't sync.

I have a great idea! Let's take a sleek new looking OS, have modern thinner font, and then take it away to give it crappy blocky font from iOS 6! YES!

I hope they bring back the thinner font, or at least the option to choose your font system wide. I've already been on the fence and thinking of switching to windows mobile or android. These sort of horizontal changes aren't helping their cause.

You can :D go in settings/ general/ accessibility and then you should see bold text in green just turn it off :D

You can now stream videos off your account and now download it on you I device :D

Never read a post about this

am I the only one who thinks multitasking is just, ..wrong?

You need to either wait for the moving apps to stop or stop them by yourself to be able to close one, plus sometimes trying to "stop" the motion is misinterpreted for "keeping" the motion going.

I think something has to be tuned up here, like making fixed horizontal scrolling so the apps motion stops by itself and let you close stuff.

Reminds me of another thing: all transitions should be even quicker don't you think? It feels like im faster than the iOS, I want it to keep up with me!

It's a shame for the font.
It's true that thicker font is more readable and is better in the apps, but on the lock screen the helvetica neue ultra light looked soooo much better and elegant...
Hpe they revert back or , as a many said it, have the option to select the font.

You can now stream videos off your account and now download it on you I device :D

That's fantastic! I can see the shared libraries in my local network servers and over cellular. Finally, movies that I did not purchase via iTunes are showing up in the iCloud for download via "iTunes Match".

Siri Hands Free in Chevy Sonic

Hopefully this update fixes Siri hands free in my Chevy Sonic. So far this is the most expensive accessory I've bought for my iPad, and the beta broke it ;-)

Also hoping it's just less "crashy" over all.

Too bad Spotify is totally fscking busted in Beta 3 now, it crashes when you change the volume.

But, all I can do is submit a bug report...

Do not upgrade to beta 3

If you have any music you have illegally downloaded OR music you burned from a CD when those were still popular, the music will not play. It merely skips over those songs. :(

This screenshot looks like Windows - cheap and unrefined, it leaves me cold. In the past, I had the illusion that I'm not just handling a piece of technology, but a device that has a soul. iOS 7 has no soul, it is the creation of a design dictator who is following the new ideology of FLAT.

Empty page in Settings > Compass

Has anyone seen an empty page in Settings > Compass ?

Still buggy but more stable than Beta 2!

I think the bolder font is a step in the right direction; the Ultra Light version was hard to read at times.

I used to get dropped calls because, while having the headphones on, the iPhone would ring and I would answer but the call wouldn't go through. That seems to have been fixed.

Can anyone tell me a workaround for a particular complaint of mine in the Music app? Say I'm listening to Artist XYZ and I have 4 albums by them: I can NO LONGER shuffle using the "All Songs" option available on iOS 6. I can only shuffle through a specific album; say Album #3. Has anyone noticed this?
