Funny but I liked "Recently Added" folder in Photos.app ..maybe they could leave it and it could remain beside Camera Roll.

Really glad that WiFi is working perfectly now though, it was making me go mad

Here is the issue I'm currently having:

1. Connected to wifi
2. Bluetooth to lg earbuds
3. Playing music from iTunes Match via iPhone.
4. Still the same as I just updated to 8.1 beta 2

My phone is extremely choppy with the music and constantly just stops playing any music all together. The wifi connection at the gym is 15mbps down so it definitely isn't a speed issue based on the speed test. Worked fine on my 6, but not working with my 6+. Don't have the 6 to compare to anymore.

Anyone else having this problem and or any fixes?

File a bug with Apple please: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/

Me too. What seems to confuse people is that camera roll and photo stream is under ALBUMS tab, so really it's just like a playlist for your music. PHOTO tab (Moments) is like all songs or albums in music, it is everything combined and organised by relevant metadata.
Yet people like to use camera roll, which is basically a "all photos on the device" album and photo stream, which is basically a "all icloud pics" album. Both are NOT sorted by any important metadata and have no real organisation to it and in reality should confuse people even more since pictures are in different locations and duplicated. I thought ios 8 fixed this but apparently people think otherwise, strange world this is

I concur, no wifi issues here.

Beta 2 killed my Maps app, and disabled Messages. I had good LTE data, and Wifi data, GPS could find me, and would track, could search with good results, but the map never loaded. Messages would not send or receive on the phone, but would on other devices. Reset did not do anything, re-setting all my settings in Messages did not fix anything. Restoring back to 8.0.2 right now.

Like an official apple documentation listing these changes.
Often there wouldn't be, in particular for betas--there would be release notes that would list various fixes at times and known issues, but they won't usually list all of the changes. With official versions there would usually be changes mentioned, but even those often don't mention everything that's changed.

That's part of the reason why threads like this usually come into play for most releases, to get a better idea/list of all the things that seem to have changed.

Might have been a failed OTA update.

Try re-updating with iTunes. Use option-click, this reinstalls iOS itself without affecting your data.

I hope it fixes it for you!

Wifi browsing issue seems fixed. Likely due to this webkit bug:
Note
The Navigation Timing API has been disabled only on iOS due to performance issues.

I can't combine them as i'm not a mod, however it appears someone copied over the changes from beta 1. I apologize for not doing so at the beginning.

no need to apologize pal just a suggestion :)

thanks for taking the time to make the threads

i figured out after posting it would be easier to just copy everything over so boom, there you go

Can anyone with beta 2 on a 6 Plus comment on UI performance improvements (if any) vs. 8.0.2?

I have Siri Disabled at lockscreen and Touch ID enabled -- the way this functioned in iOS 7.x and 8.0/8.0.2/8.1b1 was as long as the finger was recognized, siri was activated.

As of 8.1b2, this no longer works for me -- can anyone else confirm?

Same with me with the messages. Could only send texts and didn't receive anything even though it showed on their end it was delivered. Back to B1 for me.
