Is dictation working for you? iPhone 6 i tap microphone, start to speak but after 3/4 seconds dictation stop alone, while i'm still talking.
Anyone else notice this?

whatsapp and imessage are the only apps i use this with. in imessages it works fine, in whatsapp it stops after about 3-4 seconds.

New Bugs:
- Settings app: Keyboard shortcuts not replicating across devices correctly (old entries exist/reappearing, new entries missing on devices, etc.)

Argggh this is the most annoying + frustrating bug in a looong time!!! And it's not a new bug to 8.3, this bug has been in iOS 8 for as long as I can remember. None of the voodoo workarounds that you can find (renaming devices, deleting data out of hidden iCloud Drive, signing in & out of iCloud, etc) none of them work I have tried them all and wasted hours if not days. Just when you think you've solved this problem, hours or days later the shortcuts come back! Apple: please fix this bug in 8.3. It's just crazy that there's this data out there in the cloud somewhere that you can't access, can't delete, and haunts you on all of your devices until the end of time.

There seems to be a new battery percentage skip 28% to 26%.
I had never seen this issue before until a few days ago when one of my devices went from 16% to 5% in seconds.

Hopefully the engineers get this and the other issues we've listed resolved in the GM.

That seems to be a different issue. The single percentage skips for various specific percentages are basically something thst exists for everyone in iOS 8 it would seem. Jumps beyond a single percentage are more unique to the device/battery in question. Sometimes can indicate a bad battery or perhaps a need for recalibration.

Who gives a crap? Seriously who sits and watches their battery go down one by one? Guess lots of OCD going on around here. There are way bigger issues in iOS to fix than catering to the 50 people who don't have much to do than agonize over their battery going from 61 to 59.

i am unfortunately very OCD about the battery and it is ruining my iPhone experience. i even hate myself for it but i just cannot stop. i literally check what may be the cause of the percentage drop in the battery settings every half hour or so and keep restoring my iphone to new every month or so because i feel like the phone isnt running as long as it could. same reason i got location services and background refresh turned off

also there seems to be a general issue with my 6. just yesterday it turned itself off at around 18% telling me to charge it and when i plugged it in it started to charge at 19%

Seems like there are other (potentially bigger) issues in play there.

Seems to fix iPhone 6 Plus upside down homescreen issue.

Not bad Apple. Took about 7 months to get right. Talk about an iOS release that clearly wasn't ready. And in 5 months I get trade in for the 6S. Thanks.

With so much emphasis on them, sometimes I wonder if it's someone's job at Apple just to work on the emojis...

Ever since upgrading my iPhone 6 and iPad air to iOS 8.2, I've had issues with dictation in Safari.

Dictation works, but as soon as I hit done, it erases everything that was said. I have to shake the phone and choose undo to make the text come back.

Has this been resolved?

I noticed last night when going through my Photos, there where a lot of photos that i deleted about 4 months ago that appeared back in my album, has anyone else encountered this problem?

Checked again This morning after deleting the photos and all the photos are back again

Yes, I have this problem too. But mine is happening on 8.2 and 8.3. Also my problem is that all devices aren't sync with all the photos.

I haven't used iTunes Radio that much since 8.0 dropped, but I started too a few days ago so IDK if this is an issue with iOS 8 or just this seed.

Has anyone noticed major issues with iTunes Radio? The service has just become very unreliable. Stations will randomly stop either part way through a song or while changing the song, and I will have to start listening to another station then switch back. Other times I'll tap into a station and it will go crazy changing the song. It won't play anything or display artwork, but the track title keeps changing rapidly, like every 1/2 second. Basically, it'll go from "song title here" to "Name of Station" then "different song title here". Other times, some stations will just come up saying "Station Unavailable". The only way to fix these problems is to reboot the phone.

Can someone tell me if this is an iOS 8 or iOS 8.3 beta bug so I can report it accordingly? It's happening on both my iPad and iPhone.

Have this been fixed?
Open phone app and go to contacts. Try to slide by right letters side and does it search for all letters? Because now when I slide through all letters, searching stops from K to V letter.

iPhone Call continuity feature isnt present on this beta

edit. deactivate and reactivate FaceTime fix tue issues

Checking the battery percentage every little hour or so is probably the cause of "because i feel like the phone isnt running as long as it could." Watching percentages go down one by one is definitely a bigger issue than the phone skipping one here and there. Perhaps turn off the percentage meter and just use your phone. It it needs charging because of use (not checking percentage every moment).........well plug it in.

Started seeing the following Safari issue with iOS 8.3 beta 4 on an iPhone 5S - I'm browsing the web with Safari and after some period of time, Safari will appear to crash (I have to launch the multitasking view or tap on the Safari icon again to access it). Each time this happens, I have a new JetsamEvent log created at the exact time the issue occurred and it lists Safari as the largest process. This never occurred on any of my devices before but now does somewhat frequently.

Anyone else seeing this? While it's great that Safari isn't crashing (there are no crash logs), this new behavior is quite disruptive.
