I can't seem to install any apps from the App Store. It begins downloading, but never completes. Anyone else having this issue?

Probably havent finished downloading the voice yet. Leave it connected to an outlet and on WiFi for a few hours.

DFU mode, then restore. iTunes will download 7.1.1 for you.
Or just recovery mode.

Been noticing some oddities like that as well.
On my iPad, the green "touch to return to call" at the top will not go away even if the phone is turned completely off. I have also did a hard reset on the iPad.
My problem is I can get into bug report and fill one out, but the Send button is greyed out and won't let me do anything. Unless I'm a moron (which is very possible) and somehow not completing the report.
I'm not getting any Health information on my lock-screen; it's checked in the app to display but nothing is showing.
i can't send pictures through iMessages on iPhone 5. I upgraded from 7.1.1 and reset all settings and signed out of iMessage and reset network settings still not working.

When you have been to the "Passcode" view in Settings.app with a passcode set (using passcode to get to that section), and lock the phone while being on the app, then if you e.g. use Siri to match a song via Shazam, and clicks the Shazam icon to open Shazam, after closing the Shazam app and going to settings, if you click back, you will get stuck on the "General" view.
Steps to Reproduce:
You need to have Passcode enabled before doing this step-by-step.
1. Go to Settings -> Passcode -> Enter your passcode
2. Lock the phone (without exiting Settings.app)
3. Ask Siri to match a song (What song is playing?)
4. When getting the result, click the Shazam icon to open the Shazam app.
5. Click the Home-button
6. Open Settings.app
7. Click the "Back" arrow
Expected Results:
When opening Settings.app after having opened Shazam, it should be on the front view of Settings.
Actual Results:
Instead, it is on the "General" view (however, it's showing "Passcode" in the title). Clicking back just changes the title - it's still on the General view, so you have to force quit the app and restart it to "get out".

The 2nd one keeps happening to me as well. In the Settings app, when you've entered a sub-menu that's not in the first screen and must scroll down to enter it, and then leave the sub-menu, you're back at the top of the settings pane.

- Chevy Volt, 2013, Chevy MyLink. Siri cannot hear me at all over hands free. Worked perfectly on iOS7. Now, she only says "I didn't get that". This is a deal breaker for me, unfortunately.
- Settings bug where you can't go backwards through the menus
- System apps crashing randomly (settings,, photos, phone, messages, mail, safari, so far)
- system weather app crashes anytime I want to check the weather details. For example, clicking the temperature at the top is supposed to show humidity, "feels like", etc. Instead it hangs then crashes.
Honestly, this is my first ever iPhone beta so it's rather shocking to see an Apple product in such rough shape, but I understand they have to start somewhere. I'm 100% confident Beta 2 will squash most of these.
