Hmm mine worked this morning.
my usual alarm worked this morning, but it wouldn't let me shut it off. No amount of swiping to the right would shut it up. So I just had to snooze press instead. my wife loved that.... let me tell ya.
10 minutes later while in the shower, it's going off again. I have to jump out, dripping wet, and I still can't swipe. I just turned the thing off. I'll use a 3rd party alarm until Apple works it out.

Is anyone else having issue with continuous location on, i have switched location off for everything except find my iphone, but can see purple icon on app store which is i presume using location ( even though it is set to Never) and phone is getting very hot.
I understand it is beta but if anyone have any solution to this, please share, in the mean time i have turned off location all together.

QuickType
When I first downloaded iOS 8 Beta, QuickType was working fine. Now I can't seem to see the word predictions that come up when you start typing. Everything else seems to be working just fine. Anyone know a fix? I've hard reset and turned my phone on/off already.

That happened with me, but I realised I'd unintentionally minimised the predictive "bar". There should be a slim grey bar above the keyboard - just swipe that up and it should reappear.
yeah its thew app store location no matter what you do it will stay on for ever. i took a picture and snet it with the bug reporter. i tried everything to fix it. nothing will work. seems like the app store is doing stuff in the background even if you have everything turned off

I have one. A really annoying one.
I keep getting a popup, the one which requires your Apple ID and password, it's always someone else's ID and not mine, I hit cancel and it immediately comes back.
Very annoying, tried a hard reset, nothing.
It's a shame because, apart from that, very stable. I just had it all set up as well
Any ideas?

If you, or someone who isn't you, ever used AppCake/AppSync while Jailbroken, this will happen. I honestly don't believe there is any solution (while un-jailbroken) to fix this at this time...
First time I updated to iOS 8 beta 1 on my iPhone 5, my iPhone began detecting touches about half an inch to the right of where I was touching the screen. As a result I couldn't use anything on the left side of my screen. (This happened repeatedly, even on restarting the phone, reinstalling iOS 8, etc)
Had to restore my iPhone and set it up as a new device to get iOS 8 Beta 1 to work but it works really well now except that spotlight suggestions aren't working.
