Still sitting in HK. It's been there for about 24 hours. Guess Fedex doesn't keep them moving over the weekend. Probably why it'll take till the 24th to deliver.
 
Finally Moved to Prepared to Ship

Just checked my status and it has moved to Prepared to Shipment. I ordered at 5:02 PT and was part of the 5-7 day ship time group. Hope this gives hope to those of you who still have not had their status change yet.

My order just moved to PFS 45 minutes ago. Since PFS doesn't mean "Pegasus Flight Standby," I'll remain calm and wait patiently. :)

Heh, my Smart Cover's now in Anchorage, but the iPad is still in Hong Kong. ETA's still the 23rd for both. :confused:

I'm not 100% sure about this but I think the ones that get stuck there fly to Memphis and the ones that leave there quickly, fly to Alaska and then to Memphis.

I don't know for sure but I am hoping that is the case.

I know mine has been on Lantau Island since Friday and my Fedex date still says the 23rd. It seems like it is in the same shipment as those that were pushed back to the 24th though so I don't know :/
 
My 32Gb 3G Black arrived at the doorstep this morning.

Ordered at 12:49am.

Now...I already have a 32Gb Black iPad 2 that I bought through att.com at the same time, but it has heinous backlight bleeding...so I plan on opening up this one, seeing how bad the bleed is, and then returning the loser.

It's such a shame that it has to come to Apple's customers doing their QC. :rolleyes::eek::(:mad:

But now stuck in Japan! Mine has been in Sennan-shi for the whole weekend and still hasn't left :( anybody else? I haven't heard of anyone elses stopping there... Im worried it'll be there for awhile due to the whole earthquake thing... I'm sure the functioning airports are crazy busy because of the damaged ones.
