J&R must have received some today! My ipad is finally on its way to me. 🙂

Same here, ordered my black wifi 32gb yesterday, shipping today for delivery tomorrow. F Apple.com, and eBay/CL resellers.

Happy to say that I just received my black wifi 32 gb iPad 2 that I ordered from JnR 3 days ago. It's in perfect condition, and I've cancelled my unfilled orders at BnH and Mac Connection. Good luck to the rest of you.

Ordered a Black 64GB ATT model on 3/23/11 via phone. I did not even ask about the estimated shipping date because I don't think they really know, but the rep. did tell me that it should ship at the end of this month. He was kind of casual about it so I am not expecting it to...but now that supplies are catching up to demand, perhaps it may.
I could probably find one if I hit the B&M stores, but as of yesterday we already have a couple of iPad2's in the household and I am saving $80 by ordering from J&R and I don't mind a few weeks wait.

I ordered the 16GB Black WiFi model on 3/21. I was told 2-3 weeks, as they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month.
When I emailed customer service to ask where I was in line (#5? #125?) they told me they have no idea when it would ship. 🙁

So, I guess their response is "just wait".

Yeah dang. When I first ordered the guy told me where I was in line for the 32GB Black Wifi (#135), but when I called back in to find out she told me she didn't know. :-/
I got mine at best buy yesterday.
I saw postings about bestbuy & other stores here and tried their stock trackers. I was looking for 16g Wt wifi only or w/3G was ok too. Stocks were available at Bestbuy near my work (falls church, va), went there about 4 pm, only one 32g wifi and another with 3G wt were available, walked out with 32g wifi..They said they'll have more shippment coming in 2wks or so.
Thought about what I should do all the other orders I placedbut I decided to keep it ( ended up paying over $100 extra now) and cancelled all the other orders and I am happy now. I like the white more than I expected.
So far I tried:
-Placed an order with apple on 3/20 at midnight. supposed to ship 4/25, delivery 4/28.(6weeks!!!!!!) (but I m flying out of country on 4/28 LOL) No sign of speeding up. Made visits to local stores no luck, Read threads here about B&H , J&R...
-place two orders with J&R 16g wt, 32 wt, wifi only(thinking to keep the one whichever comes first)yesterday after 12 pm. I was told that my numbers are #526 for 16g and #154 for 32g in line...(if it helps anybody here)
I cancelled all of the orders above. My tan leather cover order was already processed with apple and it's still in HK LOL, scheduled to be here on 29th (I thought I would get the cover first and hold on to it like forever prob hanging on the refrigiater!!)
